1. Non working blow dryer 2. Light in bathroom after on a short time, started blinking non stop. 2 other lights in room didn’t work properly. 3. Room was not cleaned in our 5 day stay-bedding not changed, sink not wiped out; only things done were garbage emptied and towels replaced. 4. Breakfast?? Hardly any variety of food and difficult to get waffle batter into cup but waffle maker worked well. Then couldn’t get syrup out of container - all stuck!! We didn’t go back for “breakfast “ after first day! 5. A mess up with our reservation too! The employee argued with me that I didn’t extend our stay by one night (we had 3 rooms total at varying days), until she talked to management and then changed her tune. Note: I still need to get home and check to see what all they billed me for. Our leave time: we’ve never stayed where we were asked to give a check out time, but at 8 am, we received an email/text requesting we give a check out time (listed in 15 minute increments). We felt it was rude! Check out time is 11am and since we didn’t have any breakfast, we were gone by 930am, but it felt like we were being pushed out with that check out time request.

When we checked in the baby was crying during our check in. We walked into our room and the floor was wet, looked like it had just been mopped. The flooring was bubbling up, looked like it has just been put down

Friendly staff were present 24/7. The room was simple with everything one would need for a short stay. Things like ice, napkins, and utensils were available in the lobby which was handy when we brought back some food. In the morning they had some simple breakfast to offer which was nice to snack on quickly before we left. Overall everything I look for in a hotel was present.

My room, specifically my bathroom was dirty. There was hair stuck all over the wall and even on my towels. Their coffee machine in the lobby was getting installed so I resorted to the Kcups in the room, but there wasn't any coffee, only tea and decaf.

Black mold

The hotel is in complete disrepair due to renovations and definitely has black mold because my wife and I both came down with something after one night here.

Room was dirty, old, moldy, and Hair was everywhere. The front desk was under construction and people’s information and paperwork was on the desk for everyone to see and no employees around. Online option to pay more for breakfast on some websites and no breakfast at hotel. Walls were thin could hear everything.

False advertising! Had I known you weren't serving breakfast, I would not have stayed at this property. The lobby was under construction and absolutely filthy. There was mold in the bathroom, a missing towel bar and a broken security latch on the guest room door. Disgusting!!!!!!!!

The staff was very nice. Our sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain. We had to lodge a pen cap in it to make the water go down. We got 1 washcloth for both of us. there was a small thing of shampoo in the bathroom, and the dispenser in the shower didn't have conditioner and a very small amount of shower gel. The clock in the room didn't work.

I really enjoyed the room for my night. It’s an older hotel but it’s renovated. Very clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like and needs improvement is you can hear the noise from the other rooms next door. Needs something done for noise reduction. Other than that it was a nice place! Also the lady at the front desk was awesome! She had the lobby smelling amazing! She was super friendly! I would stay again!
