Very cute place and good location to walk to the beach. There is lots to do around but need to drive or rent golf cart. A greeting book said there was snacks, tea, and coffee but none of that was provided. There is a keurig but no coffee for it. We stayed in Unit A be prepared for the stairs. Someone was staying below us and they were so loud all throughout the night and early morning. Really weird we could hear them or they were just that loud!

It could be a fantastic place if some tlc was put into it. The TV sits crooked in the wall, floor is lifting in the living room some, twin beds squeak but the worst was the horrible pet urine smell in the master bedroom. When I reported the smell I was told to look for air freshener under the kitchen sink (there was none).

Excellent Beach Proximity Property

The location of this property was great. It is within a short walking distance to the beach, which was awesome. The only negative is that the property could have been cleaned a little better. Overall, it was significantly clean, but the living room couch and the ceiling fans in the bedrooms weren’t as clean as they should have been. We would stay here again, though.
