This beachfront beauty is affectionately known as Coastal Winds. Experience upscale living at its finest -- this immaculate 3BR/2BA home features high-end finishes, vaulted ceilings, a contemporary chef’s kitchen, luxe bedroom furnishings, and stunning Gulf views.

An oversized deck provides amazing outdoor entertaining space paired with beach vistas, and the covered patio below is just steps away from the sandy shoreline.

LIVING AREA

Designed with coastal-chic elements, the Gulf-view living room features a sleeper sofa, chaise lounge chair, and an armchair.

KITCHEN & DINING

With minimalist cabinetry, brass accents, and sleek quartz countertops, the contemporary kitchen blends style and function.

Savor appetizers at the four-seat kitchen bar, then enjoy a home-cooked meal at the dining table with seating for four.

BED & BATH

This single-level home sleeps up to eight guests between the three bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The master suite boasts rich textures and patterns as well as a king bed with a plush velvet headboard. Enjoy direct access to the deck, a 60” cable TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Two guest rooms are each furnished with a full-size bed and 32” cable TV. The guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The oversized covered deck is perfect for entertaining. It features abundant seating options as well as eye-popping views of the beach. Twinkling string lights hang above the outdoor table -- perfect for dining alfresco.

A covered patio beneath the home is furnished with seven Adirondack chairs and is just steps from the sand. The outdoor shower is convenient for rinsing off after fun-filled days by the waves.

A small fenced yard borders one side of the property.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Beach chairs, toys, an umbrella, and bicycles are provided. Driveway parking is available for two vehicles.

The fireplace is not operational.

This single-level raised home is accessed via one flight of exterior stairs from the parking area.

THE LOCATION

Follow the sandy pathway from the patio directly to the beach. Spend sunny days splashing in the surf and relaxing on the sand.

For outdoor adventures, explore the hiking trails of Galveston Island State Park and Kelly Hamby Nature Trail -- both within 8 miles of your vacation home.

You’ll find superb local attractions within 15 miles, like Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark. The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier (18 miles) offers a unique outing with rides for all ages, midway games, and boardwalk eats.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
