Welcome to Beachfront Charm!

This beautiful beachfront home is nestled in cozy 'Sea Isle' which is approximately 25 minutes from Galveston. You will have easy access to the restaurants and attractions Galveston offers while enjoying a more private feel at the beach and incredible ocean views from the home.

THE HOME
Staying beachfront has never been better! In addition to the incredible ocean views from this home, you and your group are just steps from the water with a private path leading from the backyard directly to the beach. Spend countless hours splashing in the waves and playing in the sand while also enjoying the convenience of an easy retreat to the home for a meal or just a quick break.

DURING YOUR STAY
Start your morning enjoying a beautiful ocean view from two of the bedrooms as well as the main living area. Grab some breakfast or coffee on the covered upper deck facing the ocean then easily make your way to the beach using the private path from the backyard. After a day at the beach, rinse off the sand and sea using the enclosed outdoor shower conveniently located on the ground level. Grill burgers or your favorite BBQ meal using the charcoal grill located in the backyard then take in the stunning ocean views and the sounds of splashing waves while relaxing on the spacious upper deck with plenty of seating for your group. In the evenings, catch the latest movie on any of the 4 smart TV’s located throughout the home. You can also take a nighttime stroll along the beach to take in star-filled skies and search for ghost crabs which are harmless but can be spotted running across the sand with a flashlight. Enjoy your vacation to the fullest, having fun, making memories, and relaxing at Beachfront Charm!

BEDROOMS
Perfect for a family vacation, this home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with standing showers in each bathroom. The primary bedroom and the secondary bedroom each have one queen bed. Bedroom number 3 has two double beds. Both bedrooms 1 and 2 feature ocean views. In addition, all three bedrooms have their own smart tv with streaming options so you can log into your Netflix account or other favorite tv app.

LOCATION
This cozy beachfront home is nestled in the quiet coastal Sea Isle community approximately 25 minutes from Galveston. This allows you to easily drive into town to access the restaurants and attractions Galveston offers while still enjoying the less crowded beaches this location is known for.

GUEST APP
Each guest receives access to our user-friendly guest app which is tailored to the specific details of this home. Our guest app will help you easily prepare for your trip and get the most out of your stay.

PETS
This is a pet-friendly property but please review our pet policy in the house rules section below to confirm you are in compliance.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Checking in and out is a stress-free and seamless process! You will receive a home access code 24 hours prior to your arrival which will provide you direct access to the home.

You may check-in any time after 4PM on your arrival date. Please do not request an early check-in time as we are unable to provide early check-ins. If you arrive to the island prior to 4PM, please utilize our guest app to find one of the many restaurants or attractions Galveston has to offer. These locations can serve as an excellent meeting place for members in your group and a fun way to start your trip.

Check-out time is 11AM on your departure date. Please adhere to this departure time so that our staff has adequate time to prepare the home for the next guest. Late guest departure from the home may result in additional fees.

STOCKED ITEMS
This home is well stocked starting with a kitchen that has just about everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. Just bring your favorite ingredients! All beds are made prior to your arrival with clean sheets. Freshly laundered hand towels, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. We also provide a starter kit of paper products intended to make your first day comfortable but you will need to plan on purchasing supplies on your way to the home or after your arrival.


NEIGHBORHOOD AMENITIES
Within the neighborhood there is the nearby West End Marina which features a restaurant, bar, store, and bait shop. Just across the street you can easily drop by Sea Isle Supermarket for a wide variety of items. The community pool is also available for guest use with an additional fee. Pool hours and fees can vary depending on the dates of your reservation. Please inquire with us for more information.

HOUSE RULES
Early Check-ins: We are unable to accommodate early check-ins due to the complications this causes for our cleaning staff.

Age Requirements: All guests must be over the age of 25 unless accompanied by their parent or legal guardian throughout their entire stay.

Quiet hours: We ask that our guests please be respectful of neighbors by keeping noise to reasonable levels between the hours of 8pm to 8am.

Pets: This is a pet-friendly property! We allow 1-2 dogs depending on size. 2 dogs are permitted if both dogs are under 20 lbs. No dogs over 40 lbs are permitted at the home. Cats or any other animals are not allowed. When completing your reservation, please be sure to check 'Pets' when selecting number of guests. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee that will be applied to your reservation. Failure to notify us that you are bringing a pet may result in immediate expulsion from the property without refund or a $200 penalty fee in addition to the pet fee.

*Please remove any pet waste from the yard or excessive pet hair in the home prior to departure. This is not included in the cleaning fee and may create additional fees if additional cleaning is required.

Violations of house rules may result in immediate expulsion from the property without refund. Examples include additional guests not listed on your reservation, unauthorized pets, violation of property age requirements, parties, etc.

*This home is equipped with an outdoor camera for added security and may also be used to confirm violation of house rules.

This is a great little house with amazing access to the beach! It's far enough away from the touristy area of Galveston, but there is a small grocery store literally a few steps across the street if you need anything. If you are looking for some time away with unobstructed views of the Gulf, this is the property for you!

This home was the perfect home for our family of 5 traveling with our 2 small dogs! Plenty of beds, and towels provided. RIGHT ON THE BEACH, and further down away from the busy sea wall. The owner was very communicative about our suggestions, as being a newer rental it did lack a few necessities such as a decent vacuum and mop. We would definitely stay again in the future!

A Week of Pure Relaxation

This was the perfect getaway! The listing was just as described and the home was precious. You can’t beat sitting on the porch at sunrise after a day in the sun. Since it is a newer listing and we planned to cook at the house, we brought some simple spices we planned to use as the house has only salt and pepper. The grocery across the street is very convenient too for anything you forget or need while visiting. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful beach cabin

The location is great with direct access to the beach, however the house is about 30 minutes away from Galveston and many restaurants. This is more of a 'getaway' beach vacation. The appliances (TV, dishwasher, etc) are a bit dated, but they were all in working condition. Overall, we'd recommend staying and the property management company was great to work with!
