PARKING:

There is one parking space in the secure garage, and additional free parking is available in the open lot.



Guest Access:

‱ Guests will have full access to the entire unit; you can not call room service to the unit. But can call and order from any restaurant for personal pickup. It is very convenient. Wristbands are provided during your stay, these are needed to enjoy the pool and resort areas.



Getting Around:

There is parking for 1 car in the private garage spaces. These spaces will be designated at time of check-in. There is free overflow parking in the lot behind the resort.

‱ The minimum age to rent is 25 years old.



‱ There are 6 pool bands available for guests. These MUST be returned and left in the unit upon departure to avoid a replacement fee of $150 per band.

Outstanding!

We really enjoyed our stay at Island Paradise; our first time using VRBO lodging and we were extremely hesitant - however, this condo far exceeded our expectations - and was amazing. Very clean, absolutely beautifully styled - we abhor tacky beach decor- this condo is elegant, high-end, and welcoming. The beds were super comfortable and the bedding was lush - even the pillows! The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed making light meals. All 3 generations of our little family felt right at home.On arrival, we had to call the number for question about access - they were instantly available, friendly, and professional. Our family was so impressed that we are currently planning our next, longer, stay at Island Paradise. The owners have done a fantastic job at creating a wonderful family beach home with a luxury resort feel.

It was beautiful, clean, and convenient. It is located on Seawall Blvd where you have Perfect access to all of the restaurants, beach, and pool. 3 big screen TV's. A perfect view looking over the Ocean! It has a beautiful kitchen and Access to 3 balconies. Also has covered parking. We will definitely book again and again.

Amazing Place!
