Built in 1917, the League Lofts have been the ideal place to live for over a century, and now they're being offered to you!! Designed and furnished in 2022, the apartment will comfortably sleep up to 5, with everything you're going to need to enjoy your Galveston getaway!! THERE IS NO ELEVATOR IN THIS BUILDING. IT IS ALL ONLY STAIRS!
Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, half mile from cruise ship terminal.
Beach access: Less than a 4 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.
Rent BeachBox: Looking for beach gear for your Galveston getaway? We have you covered! Beach chairs and tents can be ready at the house upon your arrival. Message us for details and rates.
WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.
Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.
Pet policy: One pet is welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if youâre planning on bringing your furry friend!
Parking: Paid street parking options on the streets surrounding the building.
Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

- Parties and events are prohibited.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
