Located on a second floor, this peaceful retreat offers a nice and well-appointed open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The chef of the group can easily work their magic on the fully-equipped kitchen while still being part of the conversation happening in the living room. The kitchen is complete with modern, stainless steel appliances and all the pans, pots, utensils, and silverware needed. It even features a double oven and a Keurig coffee maker for coffee enthusiasts! When is time to relax, gather around the flatscreen Smart TV, or head downstairs to your private patio. The patio offers a nice, shaded spot to unwind with a nice seating area, a gas grill, an outdoor dining area, a wood swing, and even an outdoor shower that is perfect to rinse off the sand. Enjoy small bay and beach views from the second-floor deck off of the living room. With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this air-conditioned home is just ideal for your next family vacay.NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS ALLOWED.
