Located in the Florence area of Tuscany, Villa Calma is a lovely stone villa with a private swimming pool. Ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, the villa lies in the countryside 2km from shops and restaurants, and 9 km from the medieval hilltop town of Certaldo. Within easy driving distance we have Florence, Siena, and San Gimignano, perfect for day trips and discovering what Tuscany has to offer.

You reach Villa Calma (120 sqm) on an unpaved road (150m) and the villa develops over three levels.

On the lower floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) and one bathroom (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet).

On the ground floor, you will find a large living/dining room (with fireplace, sofa, satellite TV, dining table and access to a covered loggia), a well-equipped kitchen (with gas hob: 5 burners, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher) and one bathroom (with shower, basin, toilet).

On the first floor, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet).
