La ubicación, la urbanización, a pesar de ser un edificio antiguo, está muy bien conservado. Respecto a la agencia, Apartamento Gandía, indicar que son un equipo de personas: (Carmela, Jose, etc. )muy eficientes y profesionales, cualquier incidencia la resuelven rápidamente con agrado y hacen la estancia muy agradable . En resumen, un 10 para todo el personal. Nada.

En general nos ha gustado todo, por eso ya llevamos varios años alquilando con vosotros, y en particular, la atención del personal, a la hora de solucionar cualquier duda o problema. Solo una observación, al ser un apartamento para 6 personas, y cada uno tiene sus propias toallas, en los baños, todos coincidimos en que, faltaban colgadores para las mismas.

Impresionantes vistas

La ubicación es muy buena, a pie de playa. El piso es grande y caben 6 personas perfectamente. Las vistas al mar espectaculares. Y la atención y el servicio por parte de los dueños fue de 10 porque cualquier cosa que les comentabas te lo solucionaban al instante. Por ejemplo la tostadora estaba medio rota y al decírselo apareció el de mantenimiento a los 5 minutos con una tostadora nueva en su caja sin estrenar. Tuvimos mala suerte de que hubo un temporal de lluvia y mucho viento que hizo que se metiera agua en la terraza. Los cerramientos no aíslan bien y había que poner la bomba de calor muy fuerte para no pasar frío en el salón, y eso hacía que en las habitaciones hiciera más calor. Lo del agua que entraba nos lo solucionaron super rápido.

Absolutely fabulous apt for a beach getaway in winter

The view from the entire living, dining and master bedroom is incredible. Beautiful boardwalk and fabulous beach. In the winter months very quiet and uninhabited but a few bars and restaurants were opened even a couple on the beach. There were grocery stores open and the kitchen was very well equipped for self catering which we enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this property. The property agents were very helpful and accommodating. It is a comfortable, spacious and attractive apartment.

Encantados con la estancia

Nos ha gustado mucho las instalaciones así como la tranquilidad, las vistas y la ubicación. Quedamos muy contentos con el servicio y que nos dieran alternativas a la hora de entregarnos las llaves, pues nos retrasamos respecto a la hora acordada. También la posibilidad de retrasar la hora de salida un par de horas. Terminar algunos detalles de los acabados de la reforma que se ha realizado en el apartamento..
