Enjoy A relaxing vacation in this beautiful home with access to Ideal Beach included and just minutes away from city center. Enjoy our king-size beds and plenty of bunk beds for the kids for big family reunions or a nice quiet weekend. 6 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms gives you plenty of space for everybody. With exclusive access to Ideal Beach you can enjoy the private beach, swimming pool, hot tub and large grassy area to play games or just relax in. Need more space? We now have another house right next door for bigger groups with each home accommodating over 20 people each, just ask for details. We are just around the corner from the famous Pickleville Playhouse.

Great fit for our group

It was great! Lots of room, plenty of sleeping arrangements. The home was clean and very enjoyable. The only issue we had was enough places to park a truck and boat other than that no problems at all.

2nd time we've stayed here with our big family and we love it. I'm noting they don't have blackout curtains on any windows because that was hard for us with little kids.

Great place!

The place is great! Clean and beautiful. The mattresses were so comfortable. I only wish it would have explained that the pool and hot tub were off location. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic weekend at this rental house. The property was clean with very comfy beds. We only had 5 people stay, but this home accommodates (beds) for at least 18-20. We liked the location and how it included a pass to the Ideal Beach Resort. We had a lovely day at the beach and were able to rent a wave runner/jet ski conveniently at the resort.

We loved it. I left a note for the owner. The dishwasher would sound like it was working, but it didnt wash the dishes.They were rinsed befor loading, but they were greasy and dirty still. So we washed by hand. Also a plug circuit on the sink and island did not workworkthilislsnd

Plenty of space for a big family!

Our family of 14 had plenty of room to sleep and eat in this lovely, clean, new home. We were able to park four vehicles. A huge sectional made it fun to have movie nights. Pretty decor and nice quality bedding and towels. We were able to access Ideal Beach and pool, and Pickleville Playhouse was just up the street! We will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay! Parking was a little tricky with more than one car and internet was not good but overall it was a fun place to stay!

New home with beautiful furnishings

Amazing new home setup with nice furnishings. Property managers/owners were good to work with. Convenient location to down town Garden City. TV is most rooms. No main floor bedroom. They added a few thing extra that made it nice like: beach towels, beach umbrella, paddle board etc. A few growing pains for the brand new property that should be soon resolved: Internet/tv issues - may be the carrier? Yard not landscaped yet No outside grill Thank you for a nice place to stay. We had a fun weekend!

Brand new house!

Beautiful brand new home, rooms are big with king size beds, the house was very spacious and clean and very nicely decorated. Property manager was very nice and prompt with responding. They did not have a grill so we took ours up. Over all it was a fabulous vacation with a great vacation spot. We would definitely recommend.
