We had a great family reunion and the property is great. Only down side is there isnât a yard and driveway is steep. Nice kitchen set up with everything you need! Hosts were great, good communication
Awesome cabin, lots of room and very comfortable. Nice deck views. Very cozy log cabin atmosphere with all the amenities. Big kitchen for cooking and nice breakfast bar for family to hang out and eat. Nice game room upstairs with pool table. We have been here before and loved it so we book it every year. Very close to the Terrace Lakes clubhouse with swimming and golf. And the quaint little town of Crouch is just a few minutes away. Hosts are super nice and accommodating.
The house was nice. Beds very comfortable. Good communication with host. There is not very good service once you get to cabin so be sure and look at instructions ahead of time on codes and how to enter property. Once at the home there was WiFi available. I had made this mistake but luckily I had host phone number saved in my phone.
This cabin was so comfortable and it felt like we were coming home.
We enjoyed ourselves so much. We loved being able to sled down the hill next to the cabin and also enjoyed watching the elk feed in the yard. The large living room and the sitting area around the woodstove gave our whole family a place to relax. The large dining room table and the stools at the island in the kitchen provided plenty of room for meal seating. The cabin was well stocked with everything the we need to have a relaxing time. I was also impressed with consistency of the plow driver in keeping both the road and the driveway cleared to provide easy access to the cabin. We had fun at the hot springs pool and were pleased to find the local grocery store so well stocked. Oh...The sleigh ride to feed the elk was an incredible adventure. Thanks for the suggestion.5 Stars all around on this property. We hope to visit again in the future.
My husband and I stayed for 5 nights while we had our children and their grandma came in on different nights. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, nice wrap around deck, cozy comfortable family room. It seemed to please us all. I just wish we had one more day with all the kids to just kick back and enjoy the cabin. Thank you!!!
We booked a weekend getaway for us 3 moms and our 6 kids for a weekend in mid-August back in June. This has been a very smoky year due to the wildfires, and on Thurs morning before our trip, the 3 of us checked all of the weather apps & determined that there was no way we could go up there and subject our kids to the dangerous air. The whole point of the trip is to enjoy the outdoors.
One of the moms who is an environmental scientist and runs an outdoor school in the Treasure Valley reached out to the host on Thurs and expressed her concern over the phone. Debbie was friendly and made it sounds like she would work with us and suggested that we join some local Facebook groups to see what people were saying about the smoke and check back in the next day with her. On Friday, we decided to call it off and ask if we could please rebook the cabin for an available weekend in the late fall when fire season has passed.
On Friday Debbie completely changed her tune, stating that it was too late for her to rebook the cabin so basically we were out of luck. She kept stating that she paid extra to her cleaners to accommodate our early check in request, which we never asked for. Today the air quality was 424(!!!) in Garden Valley, basically one breath outside is like smoking 10 cigarettes and our kids ages are 5-9. I messaged her again today asking could we try to rebook or at least get a discount on an October booking or refund our cleaning fee since we didnât go. No response.
The stay was great. Loved it was on the 12th home of the course. Beautiful views and sitting on the deck outside was soooo nice. Will be back next year.
We love that it is so close to Boise. Beautiful cabin with a lovely view of the golf course. Close to the club house and town if you need something. Being dog friendly is awesome. Sunrise on the amazing porch is the absolute best way to start your day!
This is a gorgeous cabin. I rented for 4 adults during my daughterâs July wedding so we had way more space than needed. It was so beautiful, with very comfortable beds/furniture and very clean. It was nice and cool inside even though outside was in the high 90s. Morning coffee on the deck was so quiet with a beautiful view. The owners are gracious and communicated really well. I hope to come back in the winter as well.
The communication with the owners were wonderful they were very quick to respond and were great to call us before the trip to give us tips. Beautiful house that everyone young and old had fun at. The only thing was We noticed a few spots where items were not cleaned to our expectations. This included the back of the toilets, large tub, bedroom floors with the kids bed, and items left in the loft bed. However, this may have been because their normal cleaners were gone and they had to pull in a backup. Nothing big enough to keep us away.Thank you and expect us to book next year đ
Wonderful place to unwind, relax, and enjoy the mountains. Comfortable and homey feeling. Town is close and the clubhouse amenities are convenient. Restaurant and hot pool. Nice on the golf course because the path was maintained and could take walks in the snow. Pool table was fun for everyone also. Loved this place!
Enjoyed our stay. Saw deer and elk. Cleanliness was not good, a lot of dust, cob webs and dog hair but overall we had a good time. Pool table and jacuzzi tub made it worth it.
Enjoyed the time watching wildlife and golfers both. Was very well presented and close to all our events. The hosts were great and very informative. Thank you all
Fantastic cabin in a beautiful and quiet location!
This property was just as advertised. Clean and comfortable with tons of amenities. Debbie and Todd were very responsive to our questions. We loved the view of the golf course while having coffee or drinks on the large deck and had a blast playing pool in the upstairs bar. Gorgeous area with lots of outdoors activities close by. Would definitely stay here again.
