Beautiful apartment with FRONT LAKE balconies for 8 people

The apartment, recently renovated, is located on the first floor of a historic building in the characteristic Lungolago of Gardone Riviera and enjoys an enviable view of Lake Garda.

The apartment Belvedere is the perfect location for those who want to get away from the typical traffic of the city and enjoy total relaxation in the picturesque view of Lake Garda.

The dwelling presents a careful attention to detail and the mixture of modern and antique recreates a magical atmosphere of the past.

The antique wardrobes, the Vintage beds, the beautiful original frescoes painted on the ceilings create a welcoming and sophisticated environment.

In a few minutes on foot you can reach the beach, the boat, a lot of bars, restaurants, pizzerias, souvenir shops, supermarkets.

The apartment opens with an elegant living room and dining room with direct access to a balcony overlooking the lake.
On the first floor there is also a kitchen, a service bathroom, an independent double bedroom, a large entrance with a computer workstation and a small utility room with a washing machine.

The second floor includes the sleeping area: double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with hydromassage cabin with chromotherapy, a romantic balcony with a breathtaking view of the lake; a second bedroom with a panoramic view of the lake, a third bedroom with two single beds and an elegant bathroom with a Jacuzzi whirlpool bath.

In the villa is available the air conditioning with extra payment. If requested, the guest will pay the fixed quote of €80 by cash at the check in (payments with credit cards have an increase of 2% for bank commissions). After the payment the check in assistant will give the remotes for AC and the instructions for the use.

Great property

Our family of 5 had a perfect stay at this lovely apartment. The home has three rooms and one room has three beds so everyone was comfortable. Communication and check in could not have been better. The free parking lot is a short walk and we found a place each time. You can use the loading parking place to unload and load your luggage rather than walking it to the parking lot. We would definitely stay here again. Location is perfect.

Herrliche Lage, saubere Unterkunft.

Trotz großer VerspĂ€tung (Stau) war der Check-in flexibel und problemlos. Auch der Check-out lief zĂŒgig ab. ZunĂ€chst fehlte ein Handtuchset fĂŒr eine Person und wir hatten nur einen SchlĂŒssel fĂŒr insgesamt 6 Personen. Beides wurde aber umgehend nachgeliefert. Über den Service kann man also nicht klagen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Samanta und mit ihrer Angestellten Sara per WhatsApp ist sehr gut. Die Reaktionszeit auf Anfragen ĂŒber vrbo war bisweilen sehr lang und kam erst nach wiederholten Anfragen (daher ein Pkt. Abzug bei der Kommunikation). Aber: sowohl Samanta als auch Sara waren immer Ă€ußerst freundlich! Die Wohnung ist sehr gerĂ€umig und bietet viel Platz fĂŒr bis zu 8 Personen. Es gibt zwei Balkone mit herrlichem Blick auf den See. Lage: Direkt dort, wo das Leben stattfindet, zwar etwas laut, aber fĂŒr uns nicht störend. Auch dass man Bad und WC nicht abschließen konnte, war fĂŒr uns kein Problem. Die Parksituation ist eher ungĂŒnstig. Manchmal findet man keinen Platz mehr in der NĂ€he. Der nĂ€chste Parkplatz liegt bergauf ca. 100m vom Haus entfernt. Eine Garage steht nicht zur VerfĂŒgung (daher 1 Pkt. Abzug bei der Genauigkeit des Inserats). BĂ€cker (400m) und LebensmittelgeschĂ€ft (600m) sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Die Umgebung ist herrlich. Das gut zu Fuß erreichbare verwinkelte Dorf auf der Anhöhe und GĂ€rten laden zum Entspannen ein. Fazit: Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Lovely apartment in superb location

The whole family very much enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous apartment. It is wonderfully located, with two balconies overlooking the lake and a host of restaurants right on the door step. The Bali (situated directly under the apartment) is particularly lovely! We took boat rides on the lake, visited the local beach and explored attractions in the nearby hills. The agency representatives were very helpful and easy to deal with. We fell in love with Gardone Riviera and would love to return soon!

Wundervoll!

Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub in der tollen und stilvollen Wohnung in Gardone verbracht. Den ganzen Tag begleitete uns der wundervolle Gardasee. Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster oder von einem der Balkone ist unvergleichlich. Die Wohnung ist genauso schön wie auf den Fotos. Der Kontakt und die Betreuung durch die Gastgeber könnte nicht besser sein. Alles war perfekt sauber. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

The apartment was clean and tidy with some interesting furniture and ornaments, it was comfortable, and the views across the lake are good. We were a little disappointed as the outside photo of the property does not demonstrate that there is a bar underneath and of our 11 night stay, there were 5 nights when the bar stayed open until the early hours and their English visitors sadly used unpleasant language - so sitting on the balcony or with the doors open became a little unpleasant. The hum of the air con when you go to bed will pleasantly distract from outside noise. Yes locks on the loos would be nice and the property only has 2 loos, not 3 as we perceived in the write up. Also some glass/plastic bowls to be able to use the microwave would be helpful.

Wonderful all round - highly recommend

We stayed 28th Sept for 3 nights. Group of 7 ladies celebrating a 50th birthday. Absolutely loved the apartment - so nicely decorated and furnished with some amazing things. It's also so very clean. Samanta the host is the best - she went over and above to ensure we had the best stay. She was so lovely. Gardone Riviera is a great location on the Lake and the apartment has fabulous views with two balconies on which to enjoy it. The place has such a great feel to it and everyone is so friendly. We ate at La Veranda restaurant which is just up the road (walking distance) and overlooks lake. Really nice food and service and we felt the prices very reasonable for good quality good. We used the ferry to go sightseeing all over the lake - the terminal is just a few minutes walk away from apartment. All in all we had a fantastic few days and would definieteky return. Thank you Samanta.

Fantastic apartment in stunning location with a wonderful host

We had a fantastic time staying in this beautiful apartment. Its location is both stunning and convenient. The view of the lake from the balconies is ever changing and the quality of the light is superb. The apartment is located right on the front very close to the ferry and some great restaurants (we particularly enjoyed the pizza at Sans Souci). Samanta was a charming and friendly host who made us feel very welcome. She has really thought about making your stay easy, welcoming us with fruit, wine and juice and providing provisions such as dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid so you don't have to worry about buying them. Gardone Riviera has some interesting tourist attractions, we loved Il Vittoriale, the view over the lake is simply stunning. It is also conveniently located for boat trips to Sirmione, Malcesine and Garda. This apartment is highly recommended and many thanks to Samanta for making our stay so memorable.

Beautiful, conveniently located apartment

This stay was so much fun - great views of the lake, convenient to stores, restaurants, walking. We especially loved the record player and the Frank Sinatra records! Samanta welcomed us with fruit and wine and an excellent introduction to the apartment. Seven adults stayed there very comfortably.

Toller Urlaub in einer traumhaften Lage

Sehr schöne und große Wohnung direkt am Gardasee. Es ist alles fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Strand). Sehr netter Empfang von der Vermieterin mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps. WĂŒrden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Appartamento Belvedere a Gardone Riviera

PREGI: Appartamento molto bello e tranquillo (fuorchĂš la domenica sera), ottima accoglienza di Samanta e suo marito, molto gentili e servizievoli. Bella vista sul lago, piacevolissimo lungolago. Quattro belle stanze confortevoli; la quinta Ăš piĂč piccola e attigua ad una delle stanze quindi ben adatta ai bambini di una coppia. Ottimo Wi-Fi. DIFETTI: i 3 bagni non corrispondono alla descrizione su Homeaway. Cucina molto ben equipaggiata ma il tostapane non funziona e c'Ăš poco posto per la spesa. Liberarsi in modo corretto dei rifiuti Ăš abbastanza complicato. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere aiuto a Samanta. Gardone Riviera non ha un supermercato, bisogna recarsi ai villaggi vicini. Difficile quindi preparare velocemente un buon pasto completo per sei persone. Il mercatino settimanale di Gardone Riviera Ăš stato soppresso. Il televisore trasmette unicamente i programmi tedeschi, con due inglesi e uno francese. Niente programmi italiani.

Schöne gerÀumige Wohnung direkt am See

Wir waren zu 7. einige Tage in Gardone Riviera und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die NĂ€he zum See, zu netten CafĂ©s/Restaurants, zur Schiffsanlegestelle, zum traumhaften Botanischen Garten macht aus einem Urlaub das was man sich wĂŒnscht. NatĂŒrlich kann es in dieser Lage z. B. durch GĂ€ste der benachbarten Caffetaria/Bar auch nachts mal etwas lauter werden. Samanta und ihr Mann haben sich bei Fragen und WĂŒnschen immer umgehend darum gekĂŒmmert. Vielen Dank, wir hatten sehr schöne Urlaubstage

Lovely apartment in ideal position on lake promenade

The apartment was lovely, spacious, ideal position on promenade close to restaurants, bars, ferry. Samantha gave us a lovely welcome and was extremely helpful. Breakfast (coffee and homemade croissants) in cafe alongside apartment entrance were beautiful.

Schöner Mehrgenerationen Urlaub in toller Umgebung

Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung mit besonderem Flair und schöner Umgebung sehr genossen. Die Lage direkt an der Uferpromenade war wegen der kurzen Wege gerade fĂŒr die Großeltern ideal. Vom Balkon gab es an der kleinen Anlegestelle auch immer etwas zu sehen. Der Empfang und die Betreuung der Gastgeberin war super nett und zuvorkommend, dafĂŒr noch mal ein extra Dankeschön. Lovely apartment in a beautiful lakeside town

We were a family of 7 staying in this lovely, spacious apartment. Samanta was very helpful during our stay. Great to have 2 balconies to sit out on. Plenty of places to eat & drink right on our doorstep & some lovely gardens to walk to. Would thoroughly recommend staying in this apartment, but maybe some locks on the bathroom/ toilet doors would be a good idea!! Would love to make a return visit one day. Thanks again!
