House in an antique lemon garden with private beach, jacuzzi and big lawn

Villa la "Limonaia" is an old house in a characteristic lemon grove of Gargnano. Choosing this accommodation you will have at your disposal a large lawn overlooking the lake, and will have access to a beach that can be reached by walking 10 minutes in a beautiful olive grove and two private parking lots. From each window of the house you will see the lake, the structure of the lemon groves with its stone walls, the capers, the bougainvillea, the olive trees and of course the lemon trees.
The outdoor Jacuzzi next to the house is overlooking the lake (223 X 211 H 90 filtering with sand, UVA rays and ozone).
The center of Gargnano can be reached on foot in ten minutes.
The house, which has air conditioning, is spread over 3 floors, has two bedrooms with private bathroom, kitchen with dining area, a large living room, patio and a large private garden.
We inform you that from the parking lot (which is just below the level of the garden in front of the house) there is an uphill stretch of road to the house. So please consider that you will have to carry your luggage from the car to the house by hand.
Full house, private Jacuzzi and wide lawn, shared olive grove and beach (10 minutes on foot, shared only between few other guests).
Both the beach (reachable in 10 minutes on foot) and the olive grove are shared with other 6 apartments.
For stays of at least 10 nights we offer a change of towels and bed linen and a rapid cleaning in the middle of the stay. If you have special needs or limitations, please let us know before booking so that we can advise you in choosing the most suitable accommodation.

Cleaning procedure: we sanitise the entire house with PMC (Presidio Medico Chirurgico) brand products, the only ones approved to kill bacteria/viruses.
In addition, upon request, we can carry out an ozone treatment, one of the world's best odour removers and non-chemical sanitisers. This machine can deeply purify an environment, even all fabrics, mattresses, pillows, etc. It eliminates all bacteria and viruses that a previous host may have left behind. The additional cost for this treatment is calculated on request.

• Jacuzzi: use is subject to an additional charge of €100 per week (by request)
• Pets are welcome but we do not accept more than 2 dogs/cats and charge €75 pet fee for 1 and €110 for 2.
