For treasure hunters: Unpack and get going! The noble new flat BergJuwel is the perfect starting point for discovery tours and a place to relax and recharge your batteries. A true gem awaits you here.

In a wonderfully central yet quiet location, this ground floor flat with 3 bedrooms and 125 m2 offers enough space for the whole family. With modern, high-quality furnishings combined with bright rooms and traditional old wood, the flat more than lives up to its name.

The holiday flat extends over two floors and with a large, furnished terrace also offers the opportunity to breathe in plenty of fresh mountain air or to soak up the sun.

On the ground floor, the heart of the flat is a spacious living and dining area with an integrated, open kitchen. The cosy seating area with corner bench invites you to sit together at the dining table, while a comfortable sofa set provides the perfect place to switch off or watch entertainment on the flat-screen TV.

The kitchen shines in a contemporary, modern design and is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee maker as well as all other common utensils needed in the kitchen.

Adjacent to the living area are a bathroom with shower and two of the bedrooms. One, equipped with a loft bed, offers children and the young at heart a cosy place to sleep. The other is furnished with a double bed and has access to its own small bathroom with shower.

A spiral staircase takes you to the basement, where another bathroom with shower and built-in sauna awaits you, in addition to the third bedroom with double bed. Ideal for relaxing after a long day of skiing or hiking.

To keep your car safe in any weather, the flat has its own underground parking space. You can safely store your skiing and hiking equipment in your own drying room in the cellar.
There is also a communal laundry room in the basement, where you have your own washing machine and dryer.

Vacation on four legs - You are welcome to bring your pet to this accommodation for a fee. Please let us know in advance. We charge €15.00/night per pet.

The BergJuwel flat is located in a complex with several holiday flats and can be combined with neighbouring flats on request for larger travel groups or families.

Amazing holiday and fabulous accomodation. Beautiful location with easy access to station and central area. Great indoor and outdoor space. We hired a car so basement garage was very helpful to have. Accomodation has everything you could need and was spotlessly clean. Host was very helpful and responsive. I would have no hesitation in recommending.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed at! The apartment was not only spotlessly clean and very well equipped with almost everything one could wish for, it was also absolutely beautiful, and decorated with so much attention to detail. We loved the local art work, and of course - the sauna! What a treat. Communication with the hosts was effortless, and a minor issue we had with the stove top was addressed and resolved immediately. I highly recommend this place and the hosts, and my family and I truly hope we will be able to come back and stay there again one day.

Excellent accommodation - highly recommend!

We stayed here August 2024 for 8 days (family of 4, children 13 & 11). From the start of the booking process to check out, we were really impressed by the professional service of the host. Nicole met us on arrival, replied quickly to any questions we emailed and sent someone to fix a plug that we found broken on the first day. Nothing was too much trouble. The flat itself was spacious and well-equipped. The train station, bus stops and a Lidl supermarket are just a few minutes walk away. The location was perfect for us to explore Garmisch and the surrounding mountains. Hopefully we will visit again in the future.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit über Weihnachten im Bergjuwel. Eine Super ausgestattete Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und eines davon sogar mit einer sehr großen Sauna. Die Wohnung liegt Super zentral, aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Wir freuen und schon auf den nächsten Urlaub im Bergjuwel.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und in zentraler Lage. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Bettdecken, welche aufgrund ihrer Fülle eher für den Winter geeignet sind, sollten im Sommer durch dünnere Bettdecken ausgetauscht werden, da viel zu warm. Störend empfanden wir die "Fahrstuhlmusik" des angrenzenden Hotels, welche von 8.00 Uhr morgens bis abends abgespielt wurde. Ein Schlafzimmer ist dorthin ausgerichtet. Wir wurden am ersten Morgen um 8.00 Uhr geweckt. Auf Nachfrage beim Hoteldirektor, ob die Musik wenigstens erst ab 10 Uhr beginnen könnte, sagte er, man würde es versuchen, aber es sei schwierig, da die Musik manuell gesteuert würde?! Da es nicht funktioniert hat, wurden wir morgens um 8.00 Uhr geweckt. Das war ärgerlich, da wir im Urlaub gerne ausschlafen.

Wir waren nun schon das 3. Mal im Bergjuwel und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Jedes Mal gibt es wieder etwas Neues zu entdecken und was wir wirklich sehr schätzen sind die 3 Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Bädern auf den beiden Geschossen. Die Sauna ist groß und das i-Tüpfelchen in einer wirklich klasse Wohnung. Die kurzen Wege in die Stadt, zum Skibus, zum Bahnhof oder auch zum Supermarkt begeistern uns jedes Mal wieder. Wir kommen auch in 2024 wieder !
