It is far better than a hotel. It is roomy with nice design. Perfectly comfortable. The location is particularly good. It is not in the center of town, but it is in the center of things you want to do. The ski school is in walking distance, 800 meters I think, also if carrying a snowboard. You can walk straight up into the mountains to a small lake with great place to sit for a beer or coffee, and various trails going on from there, a little train station is also in walking distance to go to the highest point of Germany, and downtown Garmisch-Partenkirchen is a fifteen minute walk.

Great place and location!

At the base of the mountains, this charming apartment is just a quick kilometer walk to groceries or restaurants, and alongside the Zugspitzbahn for easy access to the lake and mountain. Toby and his family are very kind and offer great Bavarian hospitality! We'll be back!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

Eine schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Man hat so ziemlich alles da an Ausstattung. Angefangen bei der Küche, über den Wohnraum bis hin zum Bad. Es ist ruhig. Man hört kaum etwas von der Umgebung. Die Lage ist auch gut. Bis zur Innenstadt sind es knapp 15min Fußmarsch. Bis zur Zughaltestelle sind es knapp 10min. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und fürsorglich. Haben gute Tipps auf Lager. Und helfen gerne bei Fragen.

Absolut tolle Ferienwohnung !

Wir haben uns von Sekunde 1 an wohlgefühlt und hatten ein paar schöne, erholsame Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Genialer Anschluss an die Zugspitzbahn, das Bett ist sehr bequem, die Dusche genial und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und haben tolle Insider-Tipps und einen sehr freundlichen und unkomplizierten Check-In.

Super Ferienwohnung

Wir haben eine wunderbar renovierte Ferienwohnung, welche mit praktischen Details (z.B. Dachfenster mit Regensensor) versehen ist, vorgefunden. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der zur Wohnung gehörende Balkon bietet einen schönen Blick. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder.

Bester Vermieter aller Zeiten. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und sehr viele tolle Tips für alles mögliche bekommen. Vielen Dank nochmal an Tobias Wurm. Top Lage, sehr sehr ruhig tolle Aussicht und nur 10 min zu Fuß ins Zentrum von Garmisch. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einfach allem Ausgestattet. Es wurde einfach an jede Kleinigkeit gedacht. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich.
