Stunning Luxury Retreat With Sweeping Mountain Views! Something for Everyone!

Welcome to Cloud Nine, an exclusive, multi-family retreat (sleeping for up to 18!) resting on a private acre, just a short drive to the area’s attractions. Cloud Nine is just 5 miles to downtown Gatlinburg, 6 miles to the National Park, and 11 miles to Dollywood! This welcoming, professionally-designed and decorated home has no homes above it! Cloud Nine offers guests total privacy, resting on a wooded acre with breath-taking views of the Smokies from all three levels of the home. There is a covered carport for two vehicles, as well as parking availability for ten (10) additional vehicles!

Cloud Nine guests will enjoy brand new, high-end furnishings and artwork in every room of the house. The gathering room has breath-taking mountain views and a gas fireplace for chilly nights (gas turned off in the summer). The game room is designed for kids from 1 to 99, and includes a gigantic 75-inch television, a 2-person multi-cade game, an ESPN basketball game, a sofa sleeper, and exercise equipment. The game room is also stocked with kids’ toys as well as board and card games. Smart TVs are throughout the home, including all bedrooms (no TV in gathering room).

The massive kitchen provides seating for up to 16 guests, and is equipped with brand new appliances, including a separate freezer and refrigerator, microwave, convection oven, crockpot, wine glasses, skillet, coffee bar with a toaster and blender, and even frosted mugs in the kitchen freezer!

The master bedroom on the main level has a new king-size bed, walk-in bathroom, and walk-in closet, as well as a screened-in balcony. There is also a queen bedroom on the main level.

The private upstairs loft has a queen bed with two sets of twin bunk beds. The basement bedroom includes a queen bed and an additional set of twin beds. Also there is another bedroom on this level with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa in the game room on this same level.

The luxurious bathrooms include tile walk-in showers with glass enclosures, as well as 2 tile tub showers with glass enclosures.

Outside, Cloud Nine guests will enjoy a large, 6-person hot tub that is covered and lighted and provides mountain views, as well as a huge deck that provides seating for up to 12 guests. On the deck, there is a large dining table, outdoor sofa, and chairs. Guests are welcome to grill outside on the open, park-style grill.
For little ones, Cloud Nine furnishes a Pack-N-Play as well as a baby monitor!

Kitchen is nicely stocked. However, the induction cook top doesn't work with all the frying pans. I think only 1 worked. Beds are firm but how we like them. Beautiful view. 1 king master, 4 queens and 3 sets of bunk beds.

Cockroaches everywhere. We found multiple on each floor, each night, in bedrooms and bathrooms. Also stink bugs. Dirty towels and someone's swimming wear were left out by the hot tub. No cleaning materials were available for us to use to wipe down surfaces, etc. Very disappointed after having spent thousands of dollars to rent the home for a weekend.

Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook, but the ice maker did stop working 2 days into our stay. Kept finding dying bugs (expected in the mountains). There was a game room, but we didn’t really use it. House definitely needs updates as flooring was damaged in several places. Road to get to the property is awful! Overall, it was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Lots of room, very clean, great view and quiet. The only thing that bothered ne was that we only got a half day when we arrived, had to wait til 4pm to get in, that is a half day when we were charged for a whole day. Having to be out no later than 10am was a bit rough too. All in all, we loved the place though.

One of the best vacations

We absolutely loved our stay! Check in was seamless and easy. The house was beautiful and the viewes were spectacular! Kitchen was fully stocked and had plenty of space to work in. Had to contact the host at one time (nothing wrong, just needed to make them aware of something)and David got back to us immediately. Our favorite was sitting on the balcony and just relaxing and enjoying the view. We even got to see a bear! We take a family vacation every couple of years and this was one of our favorites.

The location is amazing and secluded but still close to everything. The spaces are family friendly, and the porch views are amazing. Cons, the mattresses are not the greatest on some of the beds and the trash was overflowing by the time we left. This was only a concern for the bears and it started to smell as you opened the front door and spent time on the carport.

Family Fest

The property was exactly as pictured and very clean. The space was generous and well designed. The kids had their space in lower level with video games and play area. The adult space was serene and overlooked the spectacular Smoky Mountains. Large, well appointed kitchen was the gathering space for the entire family. Great to be close enough but not in the congestion of Gatlinburg.

Great Family Cabin

This cabin was great for our 3 generation family vacay. There was plenty of room for all ages of spread out and have their own space. One thing that surprised us was that there was no way to lock the top floor balcony door where 4 bunk beds (we had 3 kids - ages 3 and 4 sleeping in there) are located.We did need to purchase more paper products such as trash bags, paper towels and dishwasher pods. But overall - great experience!

Easter Family Vacation

The property exceeded our expectations. It was great to have a place we could spend time together under one roof. Perfect location. It was nice to relax on the deck, or from the living room/kitchen or bedroom and enjoy the mountain view. The game room was a big hit.

pros- the hosts were kind to provide a lot of information on the area and good tips for staying in gatlinburg before arrival, the listing is fairly accurate and the check in process was quick and easy. the house itself was beautifulcon's- definitely check all doors when you get there as almost all of our doors were unlocked and one was left wide open! spoke with the host abt this and they mentioned the cleaners may have left it like that ? the kitchen electrical is funky and turns everything off after 30 minutes or so? not sure what that was but made it difficult to cook or run appliances. bring extra toiletries of all kinds including trash bags toilet paper paper towels, etc because they provide very little
