Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Hilltop Hideaway was awesome. So clean, quiet and roomy enough we were not tripping over each other. We enjoyed eating and drinking on the spacious deck. Used the hot tub too. Conveniently located. Elk Sprngs Resort customer support was AWESOME. I have never had a CS get back to me so quickly. Inside and outside very well taken care of.
