The Neighborhood:
This gorgeous condo is only 3.6 miles from the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! It features plenty of amenities! The condo complex offers indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a game room, gas grills, seasonal firewood, and washer/dryer facilities (pay).

Getting Around:
We always recommend 4x4 wheel drive for any condo in The Great Smoky Mountains to be extra safe. Paved roads all the way up and paved parking, too.

Other Things to Note:
‱ Must be 21 or older to book this condo.
‱ This condo sleeps 8 guests maximum.
‱ Condo is located on the 3rd floor of Building 6 and requires stairs both up and down.
‱ 4x4 vehicle recommended for Smoky Mountain travel. Roads are paved, but weather conditions can vary.
‱ Fireplace is wood-burning—please bring your own firewood.
‱ Coffee maker is a Keurig + regular combo—bring K-Cups or ground coffee.
‱ Summit Condos amenities are HOA-controlled. Outdoor pool typically opens around Memorial Day and closes around the end of August (subject to change).
‱ Indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round but may close for HOA maintenance without notice.
‱ Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
‱ Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
‱ Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
‱ Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
‱ We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

View was absolutely amazing! Place was very nice. Host fixed problem immediately. Pull out couch fine for kids- not so great for my 21 year (could feel the bars). Stovetop not in good condition at all. Eggs were even a bit difficult to make- ran to one side of pan. Place could use some good dusting/ cleaning. Backsplash in master bath and shelves were dusty. Closet doors in hall- super dusty. Other than those things I would go back to this place again.

I was disappointed with our stay here. We did not know there would be construction going on to the building our condo was in. There was scaffolding all up the building. We could not walk on the walkway into the building because the scaffolding was in the way. We had to walk in the wet grass to get into the building. In the evening when we left the building they had powerwashed the building and as you walked out the door and under the scaffolding water dripped all over you. so disappointed.

Everything was good. I personally would probably shy away from white towels and wash cloths. I realized that one of them has a big stain that looks like it was used to wipe someone’s butt. Also probably wouldn’t put sheets on couch bed let renters do it. Other than that excellent.

Fabulous condo on top of Ski Mountain! Booking, check-in, and communication with the owner was a breeze. They made sure we had all the information we could need. The condo was super clean and well stocked. I really appreciated the design details. Now, let's talk about that view! Breathtaking. I spent as much time as I could on the balcony, reading and enjoying nature's beauty. You can see downtown G'burg, and Ober G'burg is right next door, so you'll see the trams coming and going. We were greeted upon arrival by a black bear directly below our building(see pics). It's only about a 10 min drive to all the action on the strip. Highly recommend!

The condo was very nice, very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the views from the balcony. We would recommend this unit to others.The only downside was the indoor pool was not heated and very cold. One of the hot tubs was dirty and we didn’t realize it until it turned off.

Perfect for us.

Condo was good for our needs. The communication was PERFECT! There was a few things that were broken, toilet paper holder and the lock for the slider (but on the 4th floor we weren't worried). Be aware, the road to this place is crazy winding and you are at the top of the world. But the view....WOW. I'd stay there again.

Restful visit opposite Clingman’s Dome

Beautiful mountain vistas, had fun watching rainbows after several rain storms. Near everything in Gatlinburg. Highly recommend it!

Property was exactly as pictured and we had great customer service. There were little issues that we needed resolved when we arrived late, and maintenance came the next day and took care of it. Can't ask for more than that. Property is aged but fairly well cared for. We are a cooking family and the kitchen was a bit small for any serious meals, so we struggled there but it's very obvious in the pictures how small the kitchen is so there's no surprise there. We saw 9 bears on the mountain including 4 right outside the window on our last day there, so that was a highlight! That being said, is letting your two-year old play on the jungle gym "getting some air" or "bear-baiting"? Not a question I've had to ask myself before...

Don’t pass this up!

My family and I truly enjoyed this place. We come to Gatlinburg often several times a year (5 hour drive) and this has been one of our favorite places and our first condo stay. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and in working order. The views are amazing and I’m a Mountain View snob lol Our kids enjoyed both pools and hot tubs and made new friends that they all share a group message now so it’s a very family oriented place if you have kids even teens like we do 😊 I want to say this because this is one of my most important comments I look for when renting we saw bears! Not just one or two but quite a few and saw them daily. We know not to get too close and just admire from a distance but I always look in reviews for bear sightings and wanted to let it known that they are present in the area but also they don’t bother anyone just cross through 😊
