Note*** Never under any circumstances leave trash or food outside or in cars as there are bears in the area and this will attract them.

No smoking in or outside of the cabin
Doors, windows, and car doors should remain closed and locked at all times because bears are smart and will break in.
WARNING: FOR YOUR SAFETY THERE IS A FAMILY OF BEARS IN THE RESORT PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS AT ALL TIMES DO NOT APPROACH THEM OR FEED THEM
If stay is 5 days two garbage pickups are included one mid stay and one upon checkout. If staying more than 5 days you can request an extra garbage pickup for a fee of $25 per pickup if needed. Or you may go to the local dump free of charge: Convenience Center Garbage Dump Pittman Center (6.5 mi) 3362 East Parkway, Gatlinburg, TN 37738.
We will not send back any items that were left behind so please check all drawers, cabinets, and storage areas.
We would also appreciate if items that belong to the cabin stay in the cabin and please report to owner if anything was damaged during your stay or if anything was broken upon arrival please notify within 24 hours.

Great house in the mountains

The driveway and drive to the house is not for elderly or inexperienced drivers and it is steep and windy and the driveway spots are on a steep incline. Hold your door when you get out of the car. Lol. Beautiful house very comfortable and perfect for the woods. The floors and steps were dirty and a used food container next to the fridge. We swept and picked up the gross food container. I’m sure a talk to the cleaning crew could clear that up no worries for the next guests. We could not get the fireplace to fully ignite but didn’t have time to call the owners to fix it. Could have been user error. Overall an amazing time in the mountains and we are so glad to have a beautiful spacious home for the weekend.

House was great. The bed in the master bedroom was one of the most comfortable I’ve had the n a rental (hotel or VRBO/ABnB). We enjoyed being out out of the Gatlinburg noise in a mountain forest

Comfortable Cozy Cabin

We had a blast staying in the cabin. Loved the board games, the pool table and the hot tub! The kitchen was set up very nicely, too! Was sad to leave. Highly recommend!

Convenient location - quiet

This cabin was very clean. It had everything we needed. It is a very quiet location, but still close to everything - and you don’t have to drive up the steep mountainside. Cabin has lots of space. Each floor is arranged for maximum comfort. (Steps are not steep.) The beds are all comfortable. Owner was fast to respond to questions. We will definitely book this cabin again.

The cabin was great. We loved the location. The property itself was definitely nice and roomy. Amenities were great. Only issue was the air on the first floor was not working well. Got a little warm in there but we will definitely want to stay there again.

Lovely Cabin

We stayed here with 2 adults, 2 seniors (grandparents), and 3 small children. The cabin had plenty of room for our group of 7. It was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed during our stay. The children especially enjoyed the loft area. The location was far enough away for peace and quiet, yet close enough to drive into town within minutes. Communication with the owner and property manager was fast and easy. They were very attentive during our stay.

Holiday Retreat

We had family members from all over the US meet here in Gatlinburg for Thanksgiving. The cabin was beautiful and the owner even decorated it for Christmas as a special surprise. We had everything we needed to prepare our meal. Just grabbed groceries and we were set. Loved our stay and loved the area.

Enjoyed staying here. It was beautiful and clean and just what we needed to get away.

We had a great experience, convenient location, cleanliness, great communication with the owners, comfy beds, home away from home. The only thing I can say that needed to be addressed was the shower curtain had mold on it and needs replaced. Simple fix. I would recommend this place to everyone. We loved it!

We had 6 adults staying for a full week. House was perfect, clean, fully stocked, all bedding and furniture was in great condition. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and we cooked meals everyday, we had had grill that we used as well. Only had to reach out to property mgr once to see what day trash pick up was and got a quick and friendly response. Saw a bear out the kitchen window on day 2, he was walking up the neighbors driveway. Never saw another one, but was fun seeing one. This is a must stay in my opinion! Would definitely book again!

Great cabin

This place is awesome. We stay here yearly and make lots of memories. Close to downtown but far enough for the quiet. Bears frequent the area so it’s nice to see them every year. Would recommend to families, couples, or friends. Cabin still feels new.
