Great stay

We loved the fire pit! Our area was nice and the breakfast was exactly what we needed to start our day. Everybody there was very friendly and helpful. Oh, and apparently my husband left a picnic basket of food on the top of our car for Yogi, but he never came to get it… Lol!

Parking was extra, though convenient. Free trolley to Gatlinburg village comes right to the lobby. Room and hotel were dated. Balcony was smaller than expected and has standing space only; water from AC lines dripping; The mountain view was fantastic. It would have been nice if breakfast was included.

The room was clean and the view was beautiful. My only criticism is that most hotels at your price point have free coffee bars available throughout the day. Having to pay $4 for a coffee to be able to get some real milk or cream for it is unappealing. Many people do not like the fake creamer packets that is only what is available in the room. Leaving early in the morning, there was no coffee available to us. That would have been greatly appreciated and helpful to us!

The air conditioner was not cooling the room as it should. It would have been nice to have cups in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have glass coffee cups. I expected better from a Hilton Hotel I have stayed at Hilton numerous times.

Great hotel with beautiful views! The rooms are starting to show their age a bit, but overall the hotel is a beauty. Not far from downtown, several restaurant options inside, and a lovely, cozy lobby. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!

The AC in room didn’t work. Not even the fan. The front service clerk personal did try to relocate us but the room that was available and had working ac, didn’t had a working lock door. Luckily, wasn’t that hot the night my girlfriend and I stayed. And parking. End up using an app that gave us discount on a near by parking building and paid $17 for the night. Not that bad compared to other parking spots available. And was 3 blocks away.

We had an amazing stay! The view the amenities and the staff were great especially for this area and the age of some other local hotels we have stayed with. Worth it to book here the only negative we experienced was parking at night can be challenging as the lot gets kind of full. But again very beautiful views great amenities with food and drinks. This is the best hotel you can pick!

Highly recommend for families with children!

View was great! Room was so nice and clean! Loved the family suite. It’s two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Absolutely perfect for what we were looking for with little kids needing naps during the day. Would highly recommend! If we come back to town, we will be staying here!

They charge you to park , and they put a $50 charge on my credit card I’m not sure for what I’ll never stay there again It’s to costly my husband had a stroke while there we only stayed 1 day and they gave me a run around about my refund

The views are absolutely amazing that was worth the price. I feel like the room was worth half and the view was worth half. The hotel is still in very good condition they keep it as clean as they can but it is definitely starting to show it's where and will be in need of an update. I think the carpets the worst part they need the vinyl flooring. But everybody was nice like I said the cleaning crew does a great job it's just a well traveled older building but the view was absolutely spectacular. I would definitely stay here again!!

The room was dirty, and I was charged $15 per day for parking that should have been free. I want to be reimbursed $45 that I was forced to spend for nothing. I will do everything I can to keep friends fro staying at this hotel.
