This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has one queen bed. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Great place to stay!

Our family loved staying at park place condos over the 4th of July. Great walking distance to downtown, perfect amount of space in condo 309 for our family of 4. The pool was a great amenity for the whole family. Waking up every morning to have coffee on the balcony with sounds of the river was amazing! We will definitely be back! We even had an issue with the lockbox at 2:30am and the owner answered the phone and walked us through to get our keys.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. The check in process was easy. The room was updated so the pictures don’t do it any justice. I plan to book again and would love to have the same unit.

Absolutely loved it!

The pictures did not do the condo justice. Furniture had been updated & the condo was spotless! Close enough to walk to the strip and Smokey Mountain National Park but tucked away on a quiet street with an amazing river view. Would definitely stay here again.
