Plus, this room boasts its own heating/cooling unit, allowing you to tailor the room’s temperature to your preference.

Beyond the foyer, the open-concept living/dining area welcomes you with a cozy gas fireplace, a generously sized TV, a plush sofa, and two inviting upholstered chairs. Adjacent to this gathering space, a dining area awaits, accommodating up to four guests and conveniently positioned near the fully-appointed kitchen. Here, aspiring chefs will find everything they need to whip up delightful meals; just bring your favorite groceries. The kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances, including handy tools like a George Foreman grill and a crock pot.
