Located on the shores of Lake 27 on a quiet lakefront road in Gaylord, Michigan — the heart of Northern Michigan's four-season playground. Minutes from downtown Gaylord's shops and restaurants. The area offers year-round activities including golf, skiing, hiking, snowmobiling, fishing, and access to dozens of inland lakes.


Self check-in via smart lock — you'll receive your access code before arrival. The entire home is yours, no shared spaces.

Step out the slider and you're on the deck — hot tub overlooking Lake 27, BBQ ready for steak nights. Down a short path: 300 feet of your own private sandy beach, fire pit waiting for s'mores after dark, and a private dock loaded with kayaks and paddle boards. Lake 27 is all-sports, so bring the boat.

The main floor opens to the water. Open living room with L-shaped sectional, 65" smart TV, and a vinyl turntable. Full kitchen, breakfast nook with lake views, and a pool table that doubles as the dining table when the whole crew sits down.

A car is recommended. Free parking on-site for multiple vehicles. The property is approximately 1 hour south of the Mackinac Bridge, 3.5 hours north of Detroit, and 2.5 hours north of Grand Rapids. Nearest airport: Pellston Regional (PLN), about 45 minutes north.
