The property is beautiful. The rooms are bright and lovely. The front desk staff were so kind and spoke English which was so helpful to me. Polish is a very hard language to learn! The hotel is right next to the train station, which some people have left bad reviews about, but I found the noise only happened when I had the windows open. It is a very convenient place to stay if you are travelling between towns. It is very close to the center and there is a gorgeous mall nearby. I would stay here again for sure!

Convenient location perfect for train spotting

We had a great stay at the Craft Beer Hotel. The location is very convenient, next to the station. It’s perfect for trainspotting if you’re into it, we could see and listen to trains all day and night. Staff are helpful and professional. My feedback is that the room was very hot and you couldn’t change the temperature as it automatically defaulted to 23•C. We ordered the room service food but the menu in the room had wrong prices (7PLN difference) and seems people dont order it too often (based on staff being unsure when we called to order the food to our room). They could slightly improve eco friendliness as our towels were all changed despite us keeping them hanging and not putting them on the floor.

Very good. Hotel was ideally positioned for what we wanted to see. Having visited a number of different countries we often book the attractions via hotel reception. This was something they did not seem to cater for other than booking taxis. The staff were very helpful otherwise and stay was very enjoyable.

Modern, stylish and comfortable

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The room was modern, quiet, comfortable and spotless. I especially liked design choices they used for the room decorations. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and spoke good English. The hotel is very close to the train station, probably a two minute walk. I will definitely stay here again during my next trip to Gdansk.

We enjoyed our stay. room was noisy but do understand it’s a city centre hotel. Room was nice, disappointed that the headboard was very stained. made it look very dirty. There was also a large bit of metal just lying next to the wardrobe we think it was off of the glass wall in the room.
