Staff was by far the best thing in the hotel. Absolutely fantastic staff. The hotel is not at walking distance from downtown, but super easy bus access. Surprisingly, the rooms were not made through our stay. Not bad. Breakfast was very good. Awful internet service.

Not so good breakfast regarding choices of food etc. First day it took ca 30min before i could have a coffee because of broken machines. Have been on many hotels. It was the simplest breakfast i have seen. Started to buy my own coffee. Very good coffee on the gas station close to the Hotel :) Bed sheet had a stain of something that looked like blod. The top sheet. Other than that the room was clean. The bed was pretty hard. I didnt like it.

Great Hotel on the Outskirts of Gdańsk

My stay here was excellent because the staff are extremely welcoming and there are a range of services available to guests. It is around a kilometre away from the city but there are plenty of shops and a couple of restaurants even for those that do not want to walk as much.

There a week no towels changed hotel a bit away from centre around 20 minutes stroll though not through the prettiest of areas. There is a bus stop at the door though as weather fine always walked. Breakfast plentiful but a bit pricey evening meal fine though only had that once. Staff very good no issues.

Excellent hotel, lovely staff. Let me stay longer in room as I needed for extra hour at no extra cost. Helpful. Food wasn’t great however that’s polish food for me! I’ll Be there again soon on my return.

Accommodating

The first room that was given to us had a bad smell in the room, but the receptionist was willing to give us a different room. We were very thankful for that. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good.
