Immaculate, very tastefully decorated home welcomes you to enjoy your vacation. Living room, kitchen, and dining are open with vaulted ceilings and divided by cozy, 2 sided gas fireplace. Master bedroom has a Queen bed (plus pullout twin for child age 2 or younger). 2nd bedroom has 1 Queen bed as well. 3rd bed upstairs has 1 Queen plus 1 twin bed and full bathroom with shower.  Living room is spacious and comfortable with large flat screen TV, BluRay DVD/CD player, Free WiFi.  Dual gas fireplace is cozy in the living room and the other side is in the dining/kitchen area.  Spacious kitchen to work in with 2 dining areas.   Sliders lead to wooden deck with picnic table, outdoor furniture, and garden-like yard. NO SMOKING and NO PETS! Thank you!! - Limited parking - Parking for a maximum 3 cars; 1 in the garage and 2 can park in front of garage (no street parking allowed)

Quiet peaceful vacation home

This is our second stay here and had another wonderful stay! The back garden and deck are so peaceful and private! The beds are comfortable and the place is incredibly quiet at night; so everyone slept great!

Fabulous Stay

Three couples stayed here while in town for a golf tournament. Wonderful house with all the amenities you would want. Especially appreciated each couple having bath/shower of their own. We would certainly book again in the future.

Quick Coast Getaway

We were only able to escape for two nights to the coast over Spring Break this year and this house worked out perfect for our family of 4. It was located in a convenient location that made Seaside and Astoria easily accessible for our daytime activities. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant.

Spacious, comfortable and amazing

We had an amazing mom and daughter trip! There was more than ample room for all of us, clean, comfortable. Beds were great! The backyard was quaint and welcoming. Loved having a small fire in the fireplace and listening to the frogs talking to each other in the evenings. We did not spend a lot of time there as the weather was amazing and the beach was calling! We look forward to another visit some day!

We really enjoyed the house. A little off the beach but not so far you can't walk to it if you want to. Liked Gerhart was not as busy as Seaside so felt more relaxed.

Best Beach House

We have stayed in many beach vacation rentals and this one was so perfect! It was very clean, lots of sleeping options. I was surprised by the additional beds and layout. The house was open and airy. A short walk thru town to the beach. You can drive and park as well, but we chose to walk. We plan to return to this one again next year. The one down side which is a city ordinance is the parking. We only had 2 cars so it was a non-issue but there is no street parking allowed.

Great stay with some hiccups.

We enjoyed our stay and all was well. Did have an ant problem in the upstairs bedroom but we just shuffled kids around and made the best of it. The master bathroom has what seems to a leaky toilet so when it goes to refill the tank it is rather loud and does it all night which would wake us up through out the night. These things were minimal issues for us and we would stay again it was otherwise quiet and peaceful. House is rather nice and great location on the coast.

Great small vacation rental

This is the second time we have stayed at this home. We were allowed to have an early check in for our toddlers who needed a nap. We were so thankful Beach Rentals was so accommodating! We came for the good clam tides and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely recommend staying here. The house was clean, centrally located had a well equiped kitchen. With the exception if having no coffee grinder. We highly recommend this home!
