The Space:

Unit G738 is a 2.5 bedroom fully equipped condo located on the 5th floor of Gearhart House.





Enjoy fantastic views from your top floor private deck. Catch a glimpse of our famous Elk wandering nearby.





This unit was renovated in March 2022. It has a Queen bed in the main, a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 Twins in the Loft. Sleeper sofa located in the living room. Maximum occupancy is 8. We do suggest that nobody under the age of 5 stay in the unit as there are open stairs to the loft and the loft only has a half wall. Large flat screen TV and DVD with Satellite in the living room and tv in the main bedroom with satellite. Walk in shower in the main bath and a tub/shower in the hall bath. Enjoy a complimentary presto log each night of your stay for use in your wood stove.





This unit is great in conjunction with our other 2 bedroom lofts for family reunions, and large extended families.





NO PETS ALLOWED!





Gearhart House guests have access to an indoor heated pool, hot tub and exercise room.





**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**

Great View and Amenities

Overall had a great stay during the 2024 4th of July holiday. The 180 degree view of the ocean, sunsets, and fireworks was amazing. Beach access was convenient. Nearby golf course was excellent. Overall, a great experience for friends, family, and their young children.

Loved Gearhart Room With a View!

We would definitely stay here again! The view of the ocean and beach was amazing. Beautiful sunsets and calming sounds of the waves. The condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Nice full-size refrigerator and space in the kitchen. Would like to see a few more kitchen tools added, especially mixing bowls, wooden spoons, and better knives.

Spacious and updated condo.

There’s was plenty of room for my family and kids along with grandma and grandpa. Pros: it was a short walk to the beach, but you could also drive your vehicle as the vehicle access was right there. The amenities are nice like the pool and hot tub access. And the playground was clean and fun for the kids. There was also charcoal grill stands at the play area. Provided pool towels upon check in. Cons: need more knives in kitchen for cutting. Only had steak knives. There is no washer and dryer in unit, but there are some coin operated ones on site for use. Overall we loved the view and the furnishings were clean and modern. Would recommend to friends and family and would stay here again.

Rediscovered Gearhart

Great view! Spacious. I was concerned with bedrooms along walkway, but it wasn't a problem, very quiet. The kitchen needs an update, funny little dishwasher and noisy refrigerator. The floor appears clean but holds grime. We remove our shoes at the front door and our feet got grimy. Need indoor and outdoor shoes. Will rent again.

Wonderful View of the Pacific Ocean

We loved the view (top floor) and enjoyed our stay. The condo is older, but the unit updated and comfortable. Quieter than Seaside, it was the perfect place for our family. Pool was enjoyable with towels provided. We walked to the beach and drove - both memorable experiences! The unit didn’t have good knives and some cooking utensils so bring your own tools if you’re particular. We did all our cooking at the condo. The unit we stayed in didn’t have latest TV, so would not connect to the internet. The smaller TV in the master bedroom was used for services like Netflix, etc. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet getaway with instant beach access.

Nice apartment with a great ocean view from the 5-th floor balcony. It would help if some "cosmetic" repair would be done to the walls and the ceiling (in the master bedroom). I would recommend staying there.

This location was overall good and had a beautiful view! There was some mold in the bathrooms and the upstairs bed was broken but it didn’t ruin our trip. Would stay again!

Excellent location with plenty of room.

This is overall a pretty great condo with an amazing view of the ocean. Pictures are pretty accurate. Lots of room for guests to spread out. Large deck to watch the waves. Pretty well stocked kitchen for cooking with the exception of spices, oil, tin foil etc. so be sure to bring those items. The only real complaint we have aside from the condo’s furnishings/supplies being very outdated & no tv’s in bedrooms(not a huge deal), is the black mold on the ceiling in the master bathroom and walls in master bedroom. The bedroom walls had been attempted to paint over, but it was obviously seeping through. We were also not given any instructions on garbage disposal. So we had quite a few bags pilled up after 4 days. We would reserve again if the mold issue is resolved. Slight updates could make this condo amazing!

Nice unit in Gearhart

This condo is part of the Gearhart by the Sea Resort, and is pretty nice: top floor, lots of space, well equipped. The pictures are accurate and the view of the ocean is very nice.

Great place, needs to be cleaned

This property was in a great location, had plenty of space for our family. The house also came fully stocked with everything we needed which was great! The house was very dirty however, sticky spots on the carpet, dirty dishes, dirty refrigerator and freezer. There was dirt and grime all over the back splash in the kitchen. As well as sand on the big purple couch. Couple be a lot better experience if it was cleaned.
