Built over 100 years ago, the property features exposed brick walls, polished concrete floors with a modern-industrial look and feel. The Radford is perfectly located in the premier area of Geelong West. With high-end fixtures and fittings throughout, enjoy the private bedroom with large robes and a beautiful bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower. Fixtures include an Induction cook-top, dishwasher and inbuilt fridge, smart TV, a washing machine with dry function and ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning top off this beautiful space.
