This hidden gem is located behind the Geneva SPIRE Institute, in the heart of Ohio's wine country and minutes from the Geneva-on-the-Lake strip! You will be close to everything when you stay at this home!

Featuring 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, an eat-in kitchen and a full-size washer and dryer, I know you'll feel comfortable and right at home.

*There are steps to enter the home*

The main floor:
-Spacious living room with sofa, love seat, board games and smart TV
-Full kitchen with fully stocked coffee bar and everything you'll need to cook and dine-in
-Dining room with gorgeous wood dining table and comfortable chairs
-Half bathroom
-Bedroom #1 with queen size memory foam bed, closet, dresser and smart TV.

The second level:
-Bedroom #2 with queen size memory foam bed, closet, dresser and smart TV.
-Bedroom #3 with queen size memory foam bed, closet, dresser and smart TV.
-Full Bathroom with shower/tub combo
-Fully stocked linen closet

The lower level:
-Laundry room with full size washer and dryer

We provide linens, towels, extra blankets and pillows. We also provide toiletries, dish, laundry and cleaning supplies, a stocked first aid kit and many extra items you might need or forgot to pack!

This rental is complete with self-check-in, Wi-Fi, Roku TVs ALL with Hulu Live, Disney+ and ESPN+, and central AC and heating.

Outside:
-Backyard features a deck with charcoal grill (grill utensils are provided by the host) outdoor furniture, and fire pit.
-Plenty of parking

Our patios are "winterized" during the cold and snowy months. Typically ranging from November-March. Access to the patio furniture may be limited during these times and are open during the warmer summer/fall months.

Summer is a busy season for the Ashtabula County with most adventures, shops, and restaurants in full swing. During fall and winter seasons, some attractions and restaurants do limit their hours or close completely so please plan your adventures in advance so you may have the best experience!

There is not much from Uber or Lyft in the area. All guests receive 20% off GoGeneva Transportation services when picked up from my property. Private tours are available as well as taxi services to visit local attractions and wineries.

First time staying in a old house. The big yard was nice for my two fur babies. The upstairs got really hot. The window was a little freaky considering it was facing the road and when you take a shower, you can see your silhouette from the window in the shower. The basement was very scary. Maybe need to add a game room down there. Make it a little homey. Then windows downstairs needs more curtains.

Girls trip

Mini vacay

Loved the location of this property. Close to the strip and state park. House was very accommodating. Kids loved having a large yard to run and play. Plenty of room inside and beds were comfortable. We did enjoy having a TV in each room - allowing everyone to have relaxing time in their own space.

Nice little home

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy little get-a-way. We were here for a wedding and needed an early check-in due to my health. Our request was granted with no problem. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, and everything was as represented in the listing. The only possible addition I would make is to have a full-length mirror in each bedroom. Other than that, everything was great!

Everything we needed

The house was cozy and quiet, just perfect for our needs. It was so nice having 3 queen beds and space for us to sprawl out a bit after being at a volleyball tournament for 7-8 hours. It had everything we needed and hopefully the next time we need to come to Geneva we will be able to stay again.

Ghost hunting trip

The property was lovely and perfect for out short trip. The neighborhood is quiet. I would stay here again. The following are opportunities for improvement * check windows. About 50% were unlocked near the group floor and we alone the first coupke days (scary) * there are no locks on the bedroom or bathroom door. This was fine since it was just family but would have been an issue with friends or friends of frienda. * the sliding door and window over the kitchen sink needs better coverage. It was like being in a fish bowl and we covered them up with blankets.

Wine trip

We rented this VRBO for a couples/friends getaway in wine country. The place was clean and served our needs for our weekend getaway. We also utilized this rentals discount for the wine tour bus through GoGeneva. Was a nice perk to the rental! Definitely recommend for an affordable trip to wine country.!

Perfect for my needs

Girl's Wine Trip!

The property was clean and great for our stay! It was central to all the wineries, which is why we were there. The only thing that I would suggest would be to put full length mirrors in each of the bedrooms. Other than that, it was the perfect place to stay! Very cute and cozy!!

Great location for SPIRE

We were in town for an even at the SPIRE institute and the location was perfect-5 minutes away. There are restaurants and coffee shops close by (walking there might be tricky due to busy roads) and easy access to the Thruway. The house, though older, is clean and spacious and has a great backyard. We would stay again!

Quick weekend

We were coming in for an event at Spire Academy that was being held on Saturday so we flew in Friday night and back out on sunday. It was the perfect location. Easy to get to from the airport within less than an hour and only 5 minutes from Spire academy. The property was clean and had everything we needed.
