Great accommodation and staff

Pros: Location, eager-to help staff and comfort of the room.
Cons: Don't change a thing!
Location: The hotel is in prime shopping location and centrally located near many restaurants, Lake Geneva and bus stops.
Starting from the staff to the the check-in process to the comfort of the room, this is the best hotel I have stayed in this summer in my five country Western Europe trip.
