Escape to your private oasis and indulge in the breathtaking beauty of Lady Blue, a beachfront property that offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty. This stunning property is the epitome of relaxation in the exclusive Tar Bay area of Great Exuma. There are five separate buildings. Each bedroom is a separate building with its own bathroom. The main building contains the kitchen, dining room, family room, half bathroom. There is a built in ice maker and two dishwashers. All outdoor areas are covered. This Stunning home is on a gorgeous and quiet beach. Because of lady blue's unique design, she is ideally rented by four couples or two families. There are two master bedrooms facing the beach, with full baths, with an infinity edge pool in the middle. There are two junior suites, with full baths at the front of the house. All five structures are connected by a deck that has roof cover. The wrap around porch overlooking the beach provides an ideal outdoor living area. A large portion of the deck is covered. There is also ample room for sunbathing from the deck next to the pool, or you can simply walk the few steps to the beach. The beach is miles long in either direction, and you will often be the only people on the beach. The house is six minutes from the airport. Enjoy the included water toys of two kayaks, a standup paddleboard, masks and fins. There is a loft in the main building that is used as a owners closet and access is restricted to the owners.

The set up of this VRBO with the different cottages was very nice for our group who had some that wanted to sleep in and some up making coffee at 6AM.The location and beach was just as pictured and advertised.

My family (2 adults & 4 teens) had an absolutely fabulous stay at The Lady Blue! The location was perfect—an easy trip to the north to see Coco Plum Beach or to the south to see Tropic of Cancer. We also loved the quick trip to Prime & Smitty’s to stock up on drinks & groceries! We had a few problems with the plumbing but Jonas & Endalyn were great responding & getting a plumber to fix everything! We had a wonderful trip & really appreciated the people of Exuma who are so warm & friendly. Crime & safety did not seem to be an issue at all. We have been going to the Turks & Caicos for the past 12 years & have been sad to see how crime has affected our sense of security on that island (Provo). (We were given panic buttons when we rented a villa there & noted all gas station workers sat behind bullet proof glass). Great Exuma had none of that & we hope it never does! We had a wonderful family vacation! Thank you!

Amazing property!

We traveled with one other family (4 adults and 2 17-year old boys). The house was absolutely perfect for us! We loved how each bedroom/bathroom was its own building. Perfect for the teens to have their own rooms! Steps from the beach also. We were able to see the sunrise as well as the sunsets! Tar Bay Beach is amazingly beautiful with plenty of space to walk at least a mile in each direction. Check-in was really easy, and everyone throughout the process was very friendly and responsive.

Wonderful Villa

Perfect location and wonderful villa. Very responsive management. When we arrived, one of the bathrooms did not have working lights. Endalyn and Jonas sent over an electrician to fix it immediately - on a Friday night. We would definitely stay at Lady Blue again. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Nice house for families

Lady Blue was great for families. Really liked the location. There were quite a few maintenance things that needed to be fixed though. If these things are fixed it would have been perfect. Hopefully the property manager will take our advice so the next guests will have a better stay.

Island Paradise

Absolutely Wonderful stay in Exuma in no small part to this beautiful home. Great set up for 2 families of 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Literally steps from the beach. House is centrally located on the island for ideal travel to all of the amazing beaches all within a short car ride. Endalyn was very responsive throughout planning process and during our stay. Clean, spacious, good WiFi and AC. 5⭐. Will be back as soon as we can!

Fabulous vacation at Lady Blue!

We had a wonderful stay at Lady Blue. It is a beautiful house on a beautiful beach. We were concerned about the WiFi after reading another review. However, we didn’t have any trouble with the WiFi during our entire stay. The house is very comfortable. Every bedrooms is separate from the main house and is very private. The outside patio area is gorgeous! You can lounge or eat on the patio with the pool and the beach as you backyard! It looks like they just finished some renovations in the house. It looks freshly painted. We found the staff to be responsive and attentive. We would definitely stay there again. We can’t wait to come back!

The good, the bad and the ugly!

I have to admit that I am a bit surprised how highly this property is rated. The good - Tar Bay is beautiful, the home is directly on the beach and the design of the home is very fun, the pool is convenient and the individual "huts" are very private. The bad - The house is in need of a deep clean. The upper walls are covered with dust bunnies. The sofa had a number of stains. The dining chair covers are ill-fitting and covered with stains. The grill is located outside as are the washer/dryer and all are covered with rust. I would expect a different experience given the price/type of property. The ugly - some may not find this to be an issue, but the WiFi is terrible. When we reached out to the property manger regarding the issue, he was slow to respond and we were advised that it was because there were so many people on the island, which if this was my first visit to Exuma/the out islands I may have believed it, but I have been to Exuma several times and had just spent 2 weeks on Long Island and a week prior to that in Exuma.....I had no internet issues at either of our other homes. We like to stream movies as a family in the evening and that was nearly impossible. A couple family members were taking online classes, so they had to go down the street to Splash to take their tests - but at least they got drinks and snacks too! And it took forever to download the MPC app for customs. The service is simply the bottom tier, and I expected better. We wouldn't stay again.

Fantastic! Rent this spot!

We had the best stay at the Lady Blue! Property Management company was helpful answering questions and attentive if we needed anything. Loved the property set up with different cottages and then a center area to congregate and cook, etc. Made it so easy to accommodate our family which included 6 adults and 1 child. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to eat, cook or drink! Was amazed at some of the things they had available for us to use (juicers, zesters, cast iron pans, etc). The internet was a little spotty so that made it challenging to watch anything on TV if desired. Bring shampoo, cond and body wash. They do provide bar soap and hand soap. Property and property management team were awesome, we can’t wait to come back!

Paradise in Exuma

Our family had such a great time in Exuma. This property is beautiful and is perfect for large families or several couples that want their own space, but a common living/kitchen area. The kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling gear to use were awesome
 you can’t go wrong renting this place.

Best week at Lady Blue

Our stay at Lady Blue exceeded our expectations. The property was beautiful and the beach on Tar Bay was spectacular. The view from the infinity pool was like a postcard. The property manager was very responsive. I appreciated him so much. For example, my son loves to fish so the property manager brought over a fishing pole. My son caught some nice yellowtail snapper....it was a highlight of the trip! The location is ideal. It is very close to the airport, Georgetown, and a reasonable distance from Barreterre Dock where you catch the boats to go to on the excursions to the Staniel Cay area. Thank you for a great vacation!

Lady Blue Us Away

Lady Blue was perfect for our family! We had 3 couples and 2 kids, each having there own living area. The outside living area with pool was spectacular with the sea in the background. Fantastic amenities, kitchen well stocked and the space was perfect. Highly recommend for couples and families.
