This hotel meets most expectations for a budget hotel -- the room is clean and quiet. The staffs did their jobs. The breakfast is not fancy but have something basic. The location is ok -- not many food choices around. But it is close to a major hospital. So, I guess many guests are either patients from other places or patients' families who need to be close to their loved ones.
One major problem of my room was the window leakage. After a night of heavy rain, a puddle of water had formed under the window, making our shoes wet.
The room design is nice and spacious except some facilities eg. bathroom light sometimes keep flashing and the tv reception not good when heavy rain comes the channels will go offline. After rain has stopped one of the chinese channel still continues to go offline.
The hotel was well run and clean, with staff only too willing to assist with any questions/support in relation to local restaurants, transport options, and attending to room cleaning/topping up amenities, etc.
I would have provided a five star rating if the bed wasn’t just so uncomfortable (too firm for a seven night stay).
Our stay is amazing with friendly staff at housekeeping and front desk. The rooms are also great enough for a group of 3 for us, and can host up to 4 pax. Just that the bathroom in my room has spider webs, and would be great if that can be cleared up. Other than that, the room was awesome. It has a little dining table which is awesome for us to feast our dinner and supper on rainy nights. Overall a great stay, thank you. It is also important to note that there is a pharmacy and convenience store at the ground floor so it is really convenient if you are missing anything. :)
