Sea Star villa is a private, oceanfront villa in February Point with direct access steps into the sea, panoramic harbor views & effortless boating access with a dock option.

The villa is a newly renovated oceanfront retreat located in the private, gated community of February Point in Exuma, Bahamas — just one mile from George Town. This villa offers the rare combination of privacy, comfort, and unbeatable waterfront access.

The recent renovation is now complete and includes a brand-new kitchen, updated bathrooms, new flooring throughout, interior and exterior doors, fresh paint, upgraded railings and pergolas, and more. New oceanfront windows will be installed in Fall 2026, followed by professional photography, video, and drone footage. Maison magnifique idĂ©alement situĂ©e Nous Ă©tions une famille de 7 (5 enfants de 4 Ă  16 ans) La maison prĂ©sente tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir comme Ă  la maison et la vue est sublime (On peut mĂȘme amarrer le bateau!) le site est gardĂ© Le beach club est trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă©galement bref 5/5 a vivement recommander!

We had the best time staying here. The location could not have been more perfect and the photos didn’t even do it justice. Great neighborhood with multiple pools, a restaurant, and a great workout facility. Central on the island so it was easy to get anywhere! Luxury, Privacy, and Paradise All in One

I don’t even know where to begin — this home was absolute perfection for our group of four, but can sleep up to six. It felt like our own private resort, tucked away in a peaceful cove with direct water access. The house itself was stunning, with beautiful finishes, thoughtful supplies, and incredibly comfortable beds. And the views? Truly indescribable — pure paradise.The neighborhood was equally impressive: secure, gated, with two lovely pools that were never crowded, plus an onsite marina and restaurant. We loved swimming alongside the marine life that visited daily, relaxing on floats, and exploring the area by kayak.Anna and Margaret were both so kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We’re already planning to return — and can’t wait to see the updates coming in the remodel (though we can’t imagine how it could get any better!). Book now — you won’t regret it!

Our host Margaret was the best. When our flight was canceled last minute she went out of her way to help us find new flights and even assisted in finding us a rental across the street for the last couple days since we had to reschedule. She emails an extremely detailed packet with any information you could possibly need during your stay, including recommended tours, restaurants etc. She always responds immediately with any questions. The restaurant on site, Rusty Anchor was delicious and never packed. We ate there several times and it is just a short walk from the house. The pictures of Sea Star don’t do it justice. It’s just perfect, location is great and walking straight into the water off the back porch was paradise. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. I will miss waking up to that view every morning. Exuma was the most beautiful place I’ve ever visited. We would stay here again and again.

Beautiful and accessible

We stayed for 10 days in February. We loved the house so much! It is beyond beautiful and well kept. Sea Star Villa has everything you need: kayaks, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen utensils, and everything is easy to find and use. We did tend to run out of hot water if all 6 adults showered to close in time, but we just managed our time better so not really a big deal. The area was extremely safe and comfortable and it was less then a 5 minute drive into George Town to get groceries or eat at restaurant. Please go to the Rusty Anchor on property and enjoy delicious food and drinks. The staff are amazing especially Lindisha, Brittney, and general manager Dennis. Also this house was less windy then other properties at February Point. Margaret was easily reachable if we had any questions. We will be back!!

We had such an amazing stay at Sea Star Villa! Margaret was so helpful. She went above and beyond to provide information about the island, was quick to answer questions, and made sure that our stay was perfect. The villa was fully stocked with kitchen supplies, beach gear, kayaks, even reusable grocery bags - she thought of literally everything to make it home away from home. The villa is in a great location for getting to town, has two beautiful pools within walking distance, and the view from the back porch makes you feel like you’re in paradise. We couldn’t have asked for more!

SeaStarVilla is a lovely house on the water in Exuma. You look out the large windows and see a number of large boats at anchor, people kayaking, snorkeling, shelling and just enjoying the Bahamas. It is convenient to George Town for shopping. Either way you go up or down the Island there are beautiful beaches and fun places to eat.

One of the most thorough and thoughtful hosts we’ve ever worked with! The house is in a perfect location for exploring Exuma, with many thoughtful touches throughout that kept us from having to pack beach towels, cooler, floats, etc. The kitchen is very well equipped and well maintained. A restaurant & marina on site are a definite plus. Turtles and rays and colorful fish swim right up to the water’s edge behind the house. We would most definitely stay here again!! Can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay at Seastar Villa. The house had everything we needed and plenty of beach towels which was great! We enjoyed sitting outside looking at the gorgeous view with our morning coffee. We loved the central location of the Villa to Georgetown and the close proximity to many restaurants. The added bonus of being in February Point in the gated community made us feel very safe on the island and the gate staff were just lovely! We went out with Captain Graeme and explored the northern exumas and that was by far our favorite day. We went out on clear kayaks with TT Water sports and enjoyed the views and learned all about Moriah Harbour and finished the afternoon with a must stop at Tropic Breezes for lunch. We rented a boat from Exuma boat rental for 3 days but it was returned to them damaged and had to have a part replaced so we only had the boat for two days and that ended up being fine with us as we ended up spending the day exploring beaches by land. We enjoyed swimming with the turtles at Hoopers bay and hanging out at chat and chill. We would’ve preferred to do another chartered boat day and only a daily rental of the boat since it was our first time on the island. We didn’t have reception in the harbour on our phones like they said we should and the boats don’t come with GPS so we did a lot of guessing as to if we were making it to all the hot spots we wanted to hit. I think doing a chartered day around Great Exuma first would’ve been better.

This property was exactly as shown. It was large, clean, very well appointed and in a terrific location. We loved being on the water, making it easy to swim or take out the kayaks that were provided. The amenities were modern and everything worked well with no problems. The gated community was safe with a good fitness centre, lovely pool and a very good restaurant. The location was good for exploring the island. We were about 40 minutes from both Tropic of Cancer beach to the south and Exuma point to the north. The property is right next to Georgetown so it was easy to get supplies. Margaret was an incredible host! She gave us lots of details about the property, surrounding area and local events of interest. She gave us many great suggestions for what to do and see. Check in was a breeze and the villa had everything we needed. We felt we were in good hands with Margaret. We had a wonderful 6 day stay. We highly recommend this property and Margaret!
