Werri Views - walk to the beach

This spacious & comfortable 4 bedroom home overlooks Werri Beach and is 200m from the town centre and 550m from Werri Beach. Enjoy panoramic views from the sun drenched balcony, kitchen and living area.

Features large main lounge room with flat-screen TV and DVD player and a second lounge room downstairs for the kids. There are 3 bathrooms with a bath in the main bathroom, ensuite off the master bedroom, and shower & toilet off the laundry.

The property has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, and a barbecue on the balcony.

Werri Views will accept a maximum of 10 adults, Please advise if there are extra children prior to booking.

Linen – Not supplied (you will need to bring; top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, hand towels, bath towels, bath mats, tea towels and beach towels)

This property was good for our group of friends. Location and views were great. It wasn’t particularly clean and the bedding configuration didn’t quite match the description so be careful when packing linen that you have a few options to accommodate bed sizes. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed sitting on the balcony enjoying the view

We had a relaxing break with extended family. Plenty of room for teenagers to have space or spend time with the family and loved the beaches and township. The balcony was fabulous and the property was close to beach and shops. House was one of the cleanest properties I've been to wrt dusting and vacuuming. Kitchen was well kitted up with all appliances and utensils you would want. Only downsides were that it was very hot without aircon esspecially if the weather was still. Also, it was very musty emanating from the cleaner cupboard area. The majority of this dissapated after opening the windows for about a day.

The house was a great layout but incredibly hot due to its orientation and lack of shade in the garden, so it really does need more fans or at least one reverse cycle. One of the standing fans was covered in rust and blew it around, so could not be used.

Overall, It is a very nice property in an amazing suburb. The views and surrounding is beautiful. The only downsides to the stay was the lack of air-con, and there was a paint sheet (?) on the stairs.

I always walk straight through a property to check out the view - which was amazing, lovely big verandah looking out over the beach. House was a little bit musty when we came in but didn't notice it once we'd opened up windows. Loads of rooms & beds & space. Would have liked to stay longer!!
