It is a short (115m!) walk to the beach. The estuary is great for families and those wanting to try paddleboarding and surfers can find some great spots to catch a wave along Seven Mile Beach. Ocean View Escape is on the same street as the Gerroa Post Office and General Store, and is only a short walk to the Blue Swimmer Cafe. The towns of Gerringong, Kiama and Berry are just a short drive away.

How is the property laid out?
The entire living space is located upstairs to capture the great views to the beach! The living, kitchen and dining space is at the front of the house, which opens to a covered verandah with outdoor dining table and large BBQ. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, cooktop, dishwasher and microwave. There are 2 queen bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 king single beds. The lounge has a queen sized sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2 adults. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath, shower and toilet upstairs and one with a shower and toilet downstairs.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

Ocean View Escape has a large verandah which is perfect for dining alfresco while gazing at the nearby beach. The huge backyard has terraced gardens and a big lawned area with water views. The house is set on a very large block, so there is plenty of space for outdoor activities and games.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Ocean View escape has ducted and cooling throughout the whole house for year round comfort. You can also open the home up to catch the sea breeze.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please remember to bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is an undercover car port for one car, as well as open air parking for a further 3 cars on the driveway. Guests do not have access to the garage.
