Exceptional service and courtesy

This is a truly exceptional hotel. The staff was professional and courteous and friendly, too. Given that we were a party of four, they offered us a beautiful suite at no extra charge that made the stay so much nicer than had we been in separate rooms. This is the kind of the hotel experience which Americans often praise by saying, The Europeans .. or in this case, Belgians, know how to do things right! A big thanks to the staff at Pillows for their hospitality.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property in Ghent. Both of our rooms were very spacious - with big balconies and everything you might need for a comfortable stay. We got handwritten welcome notes with custom desserts, which added a nice touch. We loved how clean the hotel is, how centrally located it is and how friendly and courteous staff is. Highly recommend.

For a central hotel, this place is wonderful. Modern, but still has that historic feel when you first enter. All round, the hotel was clean, staff were courteous, and was only a short walk the main area of Ghent. The breakfast was delightful, and dinner was classy at the Olivier Le Petit Bistro. Would definitely stay here again, and will recommend to friends and family. 10/10
