We got a family room and we were surprised with everything that was provided in the room. You can choose to cook, there’s microwave/oven, dishwasher, even ironing board and iron. Lots of room to store our luggage. Very, very nice, clean and comfortable hotel room. The only thing that I would suggest to improve is to have a nightlight option to use the toilet in the middle of the night because the bathroom wall is a white glass and if you turn on the bathroom light it brightens the entire bedroom (not great when you have small children). Easy fix though. Besides that, breakfast was okay, we just didn’t like how crowded it was, very difficult to get the food and walk around (we were on the last corner table away from the buffet and we had to squeeze in between tables to bring our food to our table). On a next time I would try to get breakfast earlier and I believe it would be easier. We would totally go back to this hotel when staying again in Ghent.

Everything was good. The member of staff on reception when we checked in was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and great condition. Enjoyed the breakfast options and using the gym. Easy enough to get into Ghent via taxi (didn’t try public transport).

Great hotel, lovely team.. memorable stay.

It was one of the best hotels we stayed in. We stayed in the family suite, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and made our stay a memorable one. We planned to stay only one night, but we came back for the second night despite paying for Novotel Cretail (never recommend this to anyone) in Paris. The kids insisted we go back to this hotel. A big thank you to the team.
