SUPER views & Astonishing apartment seaview

My accommodation is in the middle of the boardwalk. You can rest or have a meal right in front of the sea with a breathtaking view of the bay that makes housing, SOLE. Under the house there is a playground, a bakery, bars, restaurants and shops. The strategic location at the center of the waterfront and the proximity to the major points of interest, ensure that the apartment is among the most attractive in the area. My accommodation is suitable for couples, lone adventurers, business travelers and families (with children).
It has a large entrance, two air conditioned bedrooms (one double and one single, sofa bed queen size), a bathroom, a spacious living area with a large sofa (which becomes double if necessary). The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine and TV 32 '. It is easy to turn the village on foot or go to Taormina by car or bus.
The modern and spacious bathroom was renovated in January 2019 and offers a large shower.

TrĂšs bonne semaine chez Filippo. L’appartement est neuf, propre et bien placĂ©. Filippo est toujours disponible pour donner des informations, rĂ©server un resto si on est nul en anglais/italien :) GrĂące Ă  lui, j’ai pu voir l’éruption de l’ETNA, il m’a prĂ©venu. Merci Filippo

Beautiful Apartment

Filippo’s apartment was fabulously situated right in the heart of Giardini Naxos. It was very well equipped with everything you could wish for. We loved having evening drinks on the large balcony with sea views and views of Taormina. The apartment is very spacious and spotlessly clean with a wonderful modern bathroom. Filippo was a gem of a host and his communication was top notch. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Everything We Wanted

Filippo's description is exactly what we got. We liked the idea of staying somewhere that we could relax in, be in an area where we could take a step back to but be close to other reasons that we wanted to go to Sicily for. We got all of this in Filippo's apartment in Giardini. We could sit of an evening watching the passengerie, as the people walked along the pavement beside the beach and the locals drove along the beachside road proudly showing off the prized cars. We were a short walk from the Lido's where we were able to relax and enjoy the sun and, in 15 minutes, by public transport, we were up in the magnificent Taormina. Also close was the Railway Station from which we went to the beautiful Syracusa and Catania. Yes, loved it all, we would definitely recommend both Filippo's apartment and Sicily itself

It is a beautiful apartment where we were welcomed after we had difficulty finding a parking space. This is a point of attention if you want to rent as there are few free spaces. Even when using multiple people, keep in mind that the boiler and electricity are limited. Fortunately, we received clear instructions in advance from Filippo, who can also be quickly reached via WhatsApp if we have any questions.

Giardini Naxos

The host Filippo was perfect, was there when you needed him and always available. The apartment was very clean, with plenty of hand sanitisers, sprays ect for use at this time of Covid. All the rooms are spacious and well furnished, bathroom recently refurbished very well. The best part is the balcony, with views straight out to sea. Plenty of room to eat out there and enjoy relaxing. Very central to everything in Giardini Naxos, plenty of bars and restaurants very near to you. Will definitely stay again
