Location was great for my purposes. Very good amenities, everything you need to cook at home. Very comfortable setting. Parking is a little tricky if you park in the garage, but there's room in front of the unit that doesn't impede the main house.
The rental is nice. It was super clean! The king size bed was super comfy and the linens were so nice. downstairs does have a bit of a musty smell. Kitchen could use a couple more esentials like foil, ziplock bags and some cooking oil. Thee last morning we woke up to an alarm that took some investigation to find where it was coming from. Turned out to be a power box on the outside of the house that appeared to not be an uncommen issue as the button was labled push to silence. Would have been nice to have a warning about that.
We enjoyed the roomy bedroom which included a cute mini kitchen, sitting area, and half-bath. The view was awesome! What was surprising is that the area is upstairs, inaccessible to handicapped persons. Full bath downstairs and nice office space. We did not attempt communication with the property manager but had to rate that in order to submit the review.
Gorgeous little place, but some confusion around the shared yard (and access to beach).
So that you know - all the lawn is entirely shared. The deck and that grill on the large desk belongs to the main house, while the small house has its own grill. Donât let millennials or rental managers scared of angry tenants tell you any differently. That yard and gorgeous view belongs just as much to the small house as it does the large house. Enjoy!
