Independent gite of 170m² in the village, renovated in a stone barn, tastefully decorated and furnished. The village of Gignac is located near Souillac, Martel, Sarlat and Brive. This cottage has large rooms inside (57m² living room, 13m² kitchen, ...) with full equipment and an enclosed garden of 3000 m², private heated swimming pool with alarm and outdoor relaxation lounge. L'Ecaussystem music festival in the village, close to the gite scheduled for the last week of July. Please inquire by visiting the official festival website (http://www.ecaussysteme.com) or contact the Gite de France du Lot reservation centre. On the ground floor, large living room of 57m² with fireplace, fully equipped fitted kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, American fridge/freezer, various small household appliances...), shower room, separate wc and laundry room . Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (1 bed 1.60m, 4 beds 0.90m), bathroom + wc. Radiant electric heating, wifi internet access. Enclosed garden (3000m²), terrace, garage, carport for 2 cars. Private swimming pool ° (10mx5m) heated with swimming pool shelters, depth at the highest 1m70, equipped with a rattan garden furniture.
