You have a great staff that deals with any issues that comes up. They are very professional and try to make you stay the best that they can even when things are out of their control. We were there on a family trip for a wrestling tournament. Even though certain things went wrong they were still accommodating and tried to fix everything that came up.

It did not meet the standards of other Hilton Garden Inns that I have stayed at. Carpets through out were very dirty. Window screens in two rooms had huge holes and frames bent.
