When initially checking in we waited about 10min for someone to come to desk. The hotel AC did not seem to be on through the common areas. It was very warm. On another occasion we were waiting in line for assistance with our key and the young man working the desk was checking people in while talking on the phone. He dealt with 3 sets of guests like this. So rude and unprofessional.

They had to move me rooms because my first room didn’t have working air. The second room never really cooled down, at least the air worked! Asked for a fan and they didn’t have one. They did however give me bottled water, not sure if that was a normal thing, but that was nice.
