Breakfast was cold, noticed putting hot food, mixing it , with lukewarm food, not good, I have my Food Hygiene Certification, and that’s not good doing that! Also rooms, far too small, cups small, thank goodness I bought my own Mug. Good range of Breakfast foods. Rooms not very warm, air conditioning, hard to regulate. But the staff, were very nice and friendly. The lights do not keep the food, warm enough, lift to rooms, very slow.

Very central for us, we arrived by train to the two stations (separately) and both were within a 10 minute walk. Lovely twin room, great shower and very clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, a great choice and something for everyone. I’d stay here again.

Good accomodation
Good location west of city centre. Quiet room and corridor. Friendly staff throughout. Clean contemporary decor in bedroom with easy chair/ office chair+ desk and good selection of lighting options and plug sockets...so comfortable and convenient. Did not use A/C. Unable to comment on TV facility as we did not use it. Buffet breakfast better than expected. Plenty of choice and efficiently topped up/ cleared away by duty staff. Did not use lounge area but seemed plenty of space to meet up . Overall, we were impressed and felt it offered good value on our stay compared with our usual choice of purple chain hotel.
