No central heating came on at 6 o'clock after 2complaints wife wore her outside coat all night till bed time. Staff supplied heater that didn't work.took duvet off other bed to double up in bed we were sleeping in. Other guests complained as well.

Lovely staff. Very helpful. Very clean room and within walking distance of local buses especially in the daytime. Friendly staff member serving breakfasts and remembered your preferences. Would recommend to friends and not too far from centre of Glasgow..20 or 25 minutes.

Rooms big, clean and reasonably priced for that day. Prices change a lot though as we tried to book for another weekend just 2 weeks later and it quadrupled in price for less people

There was a very loud party at night directly below our room (a family room with children). The party lasted until about 12:30 am and the music was so loud it vibrated our floor and it was impossible to sleep. We couldn't even watch tv since we were unable to sleep. It actually made my heart race. I called the front desk and all the man said was that I could have some ear plugs. You would think that you could get some sleep in a hotel since that is what you come for. Usually, the quiet time is 10 pm. Not here! It is party central downstairs. After the party ended (eventually), the loud people came upstairs and we could hear them in the rooms next to us (drunk) loud and hacking and coughing and swearing and it was just aweful. I do not recommend staying here at all.

Kerb appeal unwelcoming, cigarettes all over Receptionist unwelcoming Heating not on in room had yo ask for it to be put on as it is on a timer and they forgot, yet afain seens a chore, Receptionist was on her phone and didnt look up An event with extremely loud music was going on until after 11pm At 9.30pm i yet again went yo reception to ask about this and yet again a very curt reply. Linen and beds not the best but sufficient. Hole in the wardrobe door Bathroom clean but not to a good standard Dinner was delicious. Big car park Would not stay again

Decent hotel stayed here many times . Good carpark . Room cleaned daily and coffee topped up bed made . For some reason they never topped up empty toilet roll the last 2 days of my five day stay . Came in after 12 shift and had to go to reception . They sorted it . Apart from that £65 quid a night with no toilet roll it was fine . I will return again .

Disappointed with the selection of draught beer...only Guinness no other dark beers but plenty of Lagers.No reason for not offering cans or bottles of dark beers...just a thought. I experienced a lovely Indian meal in their Restaurant...highly recommended.
