Lovely clean room, friendly helpful happy staff. Only criticism being the hanging space and storage in the room. I stayed for 3 nights and the only hanging space was a hook with 4 hangers and no other storage cupboard

Check in - neither good nor bad. Let us into room 1ons early. Told us breakfast times. Did not direct us to lift or stairs nor tell us the room number. Has to ask about the complementary cocktail. Lots of staff behind the counter giggling and chatting amongst themselves only one fella actually working

The welcome from the receptionist was great. Check in very quick. The pillows are not the best rock hard they could do with replacing. Shower had good pressure and good temperature regulation. The bedside tables/shelf size is very small. Good variety of breakfast items.

Great location, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean but starting to show signs of wear and tear. My only main complaint is the air conditioning is either maximum Cold or Maximum Hot depending on the time of year with no in between. Normally you can open the window to cool the room but the handle to my window had been removed (presumably to stop access to the lobby roof area) meaning the room was akin to a crematorium. Would recommend if you're attending gigs in Glasgow (or if you fancy a free in room sauna )

A cool and modern Glaswegian hotel. A large bright open plan reception/ bar area with interesting decor and well thought our seating areas. The multi story parking behind the hotel is discounted by 50% if you get your ticket verified at the hotel reception. Rooms are clean and modern and we all agreed the breakfast was very good indeed. Lots of choice and options. Staff were very friendly.

Convenient for the conference centre and near to some nice bars and restaurants. Hotel does a nice pizza too and if you’re a member of a Nuffield gym there’s one right across the road. Rooms very quiet and comfortable beds. Staff fantastic.
