2/10 Terrible

Whatever you do, don’t stay in Room 123. Other rooms may be okay but definitely avoid this one.
We chose this hotel for the price, and it’s safe to say you absolutely get what you pay for here.
From the moment we walked in, the room smelled of harsh chemical cleaning products. The garbage cans were overflowing on arrival.
The room itself had multiple problems. The toilet randomly made noises throughout the night. The refrigerator emitted a high-pitched hum. The blinds didn’t fully cover the windows, so outside light came in around the edges all night. Being on the basement level meant headlights from arriving cars also shone directly into our room after we went to sleep.
We were placed in the basement, which we later found out is the pet section, despite repeatedly telling them we don’t have pets. The noise from dogs throughout the night was an added frustration.
The worst part: we discovered a trail of ants along the wall. When we brought it to the staff’s attention, the response was essentially a shrug. We were told they could spray, but that would mean sleeping in toxic chemicals all night. They were completely booked, so moving rooms wasn’t an option.
We worked with them to see if the would make it right. But they didn’t. They didn’t offer a refund or anything at all.
This staff has zero hospitality. Definitely a one-and-done for us.
If you’re looking for a comparable price point in Glenwood Spgs, we’d suggest trying Silver Spruce Inn or Hanging Lake Inn instead
