We loved everything except we had the same exact breakfast 4 days straight. Sausage and eggs every day. Would have been nice to have bacon one day or ham/cheese omelette. Just needed a different meat choice instead of sausage links every day of our 4 day stay.

Nice that they are dog friendly and have suites enabling you to make your own meals. We’ve been to many places that offer a hot breakfast, this was the worst. Sausage was overly greasy and all of the waffle mixes were separated and gross. Our waffles all turned out mushy. There for 3 nights but never went back to breakfast after day one. Also lots of in unit oddities… We were a group of 5 but there were only 3 glasses. Using the oven we saw that there were no oven mits. The front desk just gave me additional hand towels, and told me that additional glasses would be sent up… they never were.
Beds were fine but the kitchen had lots of used broken items.

1. The room wasn’t ready at check-in time which is 3pm and the front desk wasn’t apologetic at all. 2. The bed was not made right and sheet was on the floor. 3. Sheet set for pullout sofa was dirty. It has brown and bloody spot on it. 4. The door key stopped working after about 1 day and we went down to ask front desk. Once again, no apologies, just a simple statement: oh our keys are old, so this happen all the time. And she was not happy when I made an unhappy scoffing sound. 5. Morning breakfast is a just a joke. If you get there 30 minutes before 9am, then good luck getting anything to eat, they don’t refill anything after that. If you ask, they will just shrug their shoulders and say: yeah, no more. 6. Ice makers don’t work. Terrible experience and I would never live in this hotel and would advise anyone to stay away.
