Sea Glass | Beach House Gnarabup

Sea Glass Beach House is a 4x2 holiday home located in Gnarabup, just 2mins from the Beach, The Common and White Elephant Cafe and 10mins drive from Margaret River town.
Sea Glass is a comfortable & spacious family friendly holiday home in a peaceful beachside setting. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two living areas it is a great base for the whole family. Ideally located just down the road from Gnarabup Beach and world class surf breaks, yet only 10mins drive from Margaret River town.
There is a great outdoor courtyard directly off the kitchen/sitting area with a lovely holiday feel, complete with BBQ and outdoor shower. With reverse cycle aircon in the living area and a wood fire in the sitting room, Sea Glass beach house is the perfect spot to relax all year round!
The Space
The master bedroom is at the front of the house with a King bed, small walk in robe and ensuite bathroom with shower & toilet. Opposite the master is the front living room with Smart TV, aircon and comfortable seating on the L shaped couch. The dining table is in a slightly raised area just behind the living and opens back onto the kitchen which is in the middle of the house. The well stocked spacious kitchen has an electric cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine and plenty of bench space to prepare dinner for the hungry holidayers.
Off the kitchen is the second sitting area, here you’ll find the wood fire and this open plan living area opens onto the outdoor courtyard. The second, third & fourth bedrooms are up the steps and open off the activity area. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and the fourth has 2 single beds.
At the back of the house, off the activity room is the laundry with combo washer/dryer. There is a separate toilet and the main bathroom has a bath, shower cubicle and vanity. Through the back of the house is another large outdoor area.
Tucked away in Gnarabup down a Peppi tree lined street you’ll find Sea Glass beach house. It has a great holiday home feel and we think our guests will find it the perfect home for a beachside getaway with family or friends!

No Pets: sorry, strictly no pets.
Linen: linen is included in your stay. Please let us know which beds you would like made up with linen 3 days prior to your stay so we can make up the beds with fresh linen for your arrival.
Studio: There is a totally separate studio at the property some distance away from the main residence which is occupied by a long term tenant.
Out building: Please note the blue tiled ‘outhouse’ is not for tenants use.

Gathering of our family

This property was well located near the beach for our family gathering. We wanted somewhere that could accommodate our grownup family and their partners. It was large with several areas where we could be together or have your own time. The outside areas gave ample amount of shade and tranquility. Ample fans were provided which we needed as it was an extremely hot weekend. We also opened the windows when we were in and got a through draft. We were pleased we were able to stay here

Fabulous House For Group!

Sea Glass is a fantastic, well appointed house for a large group to stay in. We were three generations ages from 80 to 20, and everyone had lots of space to relax and spread out. So comfortable. Easy to walk from here to the different beaches and lookouts. We loved our time here!

A lovely property in a great location.

Perfect for our family group on 8. Plenty of spaces to spread out. Would be happy to stay again. We had an issue with no hot water and it was attended to very quickly which we appreciated. Highly recommended!

Motorbike getaway

Perfect size for 8 motorbikes to park in double garage overnight was a bonus. Good size kitchen with adequate cooking accessories. Maybe be a bit less Scrooge on milk, it’s expensive accomodation and would be nice to have had enough for our evening and morning coffees for 8 people without worrying about shops pre arrival,past experience has taught us to carry more milk,t bags coffee and sugar as never enough provided on site and again given cost of place it’s not going to break the bank . Courtesy wine is always a lovely touch but we don’t drink wine so left it for the next people. Plenty of firewood was perfect for a chilly weekend and loved the hot water in the shower ! All in all a lovely place roomy enough for 8 adults to enjoy a quiet weekend
