Sea Glass | Beach House Gnarabup

Sea Glass is a comfortable & spacious family friendly holiday home in a peaceful beachside setting. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two living areas it is a great base for the whole family. Ideally located just down the road from Gnarabup Beach and world class surf breaks, yet only 10mins drive from Margaret River town.

There is a great outdoor courtyard directly off the kitchen/sitting area with a lovely holiday feel, complete with BBQ and outdoor shower. With reverse cycle aircon in the living area and a wood fire in the sitting room, Sea Glass beach house is the perfect spot to relax all year round!

The Space

The master bedroom is at the front of the house with a King bed, small walk in robe and ensuite bathroom with shower & toilet. Opposite the master is the front living room with Smart TV, aircon and comfortable seating on the L shaped couch. The dining table is in a slightly raised area just behind the living and opens back onto the kitchen which is in the middle of the house. The well stocked spacious kitchen has an electric cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine and plenty of bench space to prepare dinner for the hungry holidayers.

Off the kitchen is the second sitting area, here you’ll find the wood fire and this open plan living area opens onto the outdoor courtyard. The second, third & fourth bedrooms are up the steps and open off the activity area. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and the fourth has 2 single beds.

At the back of the house, off the activity room is the laundry with combo washer/dryer. There is a separate toilet and the main bathroom has a bath, shower cubicle and vanity. Through the back of the house is another large outdoor area.

Tucked away in Gnarabup down a Peppi tree lined street you’ll find Sea Glass beach house. It has a great holiday home feel and we think our guests will find it the perfect home for a beachside getaway with family or friends!

Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.

Property Fee: Please note that the property fee is the Cleaning & linen fee, it says 'pay at property' however this amount will be charged to you when the amount is taken for your booking. We offer self check-in accommodation and do not have facilities where we can take payment at the property.

Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.

No Pets: sorry, strictly no pets.

Linen: linen is included in your stay. Please let us know which beds you would like made up with linen 3 days prior to your stay so we can make up the beds with fresh linen for your arrival.

Studio: There is a totally separate studio at the property some distance away from the main residence which is occupied by a long term tenant.

Out building: Please note the blue tiled ‘outhouse’ is not for tenants use.
