The room was fine for a red-eye stay, although the pillows were a bit too hard and so was the bed. During the night, some noises bothered me, but overall was a-ok. The breakfast was really good for the hotel's category, and the staff was really kind and gentle. It was a satisfying stay.

Antes de mais nada, a rede Ibis é boa, e atende nossas expectativas. Mas infelizmente nesta estadia não fomos felizes. Banheiro alagando, falta de limpeza no quarto, iluminação ruim e, o estopim de tudo, o ar condicionado nao funcionou, o que nos impediu de dormir. . O que chama atenção é a falta de empatia da recepção, quando na reclamação da situação, o que as duras penas fez a troca do quarto. . Vale ressaltar que entre 22h a 23h, houve uma queda de energia na região, o que pode ter impactado nos condicionadores de ar, levando a sua baixa eficiência, não nos deixando dormir, em especial a esposa que reclamou muito, o que não é pra menos, para mulheres acima dos 50, se você, que é mulher, me entende. . Fica a nosso descontentamento e a certeza que melhorias serão praticadas nos cômodos, a iniciar pelos banheiros, o que apenas um "silicone", talvez, já resolveria o problema do alagamento. . Se me permitem fazer um breve Marketing, me sigam no Instagram, pois lá tenho algumas ideias que poderão ser utilizadas na Gestão de Qualidade do hotel, o que não tenho a menor dúvida que existe, só não está adequadamente divulgada, quem sabe, para a força de trabalho, em especial desta unidade Ibis em Goiania. . Gostamos muito de nos hospedar no hotel. Funcionários atenciosos. Excelente café da manhã. Os funcionários que cuidam do estacionamento nos atenderam muito bem. Gostaríamos de sugerir a adoção de um sistema de segurança no elevador com uso do cartão vinculado ao andar do quarto.
