Do not use hotels.com to book

Whatever you do do not use hotels.com to book this hotel. There are unadvertised charges that hotels.con hides and you discover the charges when you pay. The hotels.com prices seem lower but are actually higher because of this. Their pricing and rewards program is a scan - stay at this hotel but book elsewhere. Customer service is pure rubbish

Hotel excelente, parece novo, mas... O quarto estava ok. O ar condicionado estava estragado, funcionando mal. passamos calor. Toalhas bem velhas, pedi para trocar a de banho, que usei, que tinha um furo, e colocaram outra velha. Limpeza do banheiro bem a desejar. Dentro do box sujo no cantos e encardido. Alguns fios de fios de cabelos no chão do banheiro.

O café da manhã caiu muito a qualidade, essa foi a terceira vez que me hospedado, para um hotel 4 estrelas, todos os 3 dias que usei o cafe faltavam coisas e demorava em media 20 minutos para repor, e o básico como leite, csafe e pao francês
