This property is very easy to find, the house was very clean , got everything we need, the shop just cross the road, very convenient, and the owner was very helpful.we have a good time down the beach.
I am allergic to dust and animal hair, etcâŠcauses Asthma and allergy reactions. I suffered these at this Villa. Just luckily my husband had a Ventolin Inhaler and Allergy tablets.Floor was dirty. Had a great shower and bathroom though. TV remote didnât work. No milk in the fridge. Have paid for 2 nights but could not stay another night. Had to get out of there.
My husband and I stayed in villa 2 for the weekend and it was perfect, clean, quiet and had everything we needed. A short stroll to the beach where we caught lots of fish. Looking forward to coming back and staying in the beach house with the family next time.
We arrived at the property door was stuck that's ok. Broken Glass near fridge lucky my wife had tweezers. Hole in main bedroom ceiling strong smell of mold. Power point hanging off wall live wires. Black hair on sheets in bed room. Not pet friendly over grown back yard. All this i could deal with but when the power went out and no running water after two days into a 7 day stay
Very nice little property and greatly appreciated that it was dog friendly. Walking distance to 90 mile beach and the general store which had all the basic essentials. Would recommend staying here and would gladly come back. Thank you for the accommodation âșïž
Our recent stay at 90 Mile Beach House & Villas was far from the relaxing holiday experience I had hoped for. Unfortunately, several significant issues marred our visit, and it's important to share our disappointment.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with a disheartening surprise - no electricity in the property. A phone call to the owner revealed that this was a planned outage, but the lack of any prior communication regarding this was unacceptable. This left us unprepared and frustrated, to say the least.
Adding to our woes, the absence of electricity meant no water supply, and there were no backup solutions in place. We had to endure the inconvenience of waiting for power to be restored.
Our frustrations reached the peak the next day when the electricity went out again. Once again, no communication from the owner, and we had to find out through the power company's website that it was an unplanned outage, lasting until the evening. Facing an entire day without water was impractical, so we reluctantly cut our stay short, informing the owner. Regrettably, there was no show of concern from their side.
This experience left us deeply inconvenienced and our holiday plans in ruins. While we understand that unforeseen issues can occur, the lack of communication and assistance from the owner made matters worse.
In sum, our stay at 90 Mile Beach House & Villas was marred by a severe lack of communication and a general sense of neglect as paying guests. It is difficult to recommend
